unsubscribe me NOW. it's illegal to continually hassle someone for payment. you got my account delete it and unsubscribe. I cannot find the unsubscribe button which is illegal in Australia. fix it. or I'll report to the Ombudsman

Love it. Super beneficial

It makes adding a bit more mindfulness very accessible. Practical lessons and soothing sounds like morning birdsong and evening wind down have been wonderful additions to my day and my families.

I am a Lifetime Subscriber now also faced with the same, uncorrected, issue that support keeps mentioning "to be addressed in the release following the holiday season" as of mid Jan 2026. App stops audio playback and will not continue after hitting play button again. Version 1.192.0 (948) now 1.195.0 (953) Android Pixel 8 Pro. Please fix. NOT RELAXING NOW! new update still NO FIX

Just subscribed and love this app already!!! it has so many choices that cover anything and everything! ive had other apps like this and did not get the relief, self improvement and sleep like I do with this! I cant wait to see how much more my wellbeing improves using this app everyday and its definitely worth way more than they charge! thank you for this app! sincerely a hard working, stressed mother of 3 teenage boys mess of a woman!!

Great app in most ways, but just so buggy. My meditations freeze regularly and restarting the app rarely helps. I've more than once just had to bail on meditating through the app because it simply refuses to work. It's a real bummer.

I love this app! Amazing experience! You get so many meditation options, and it’s personalized to your goals and preferences. The more I use it, the more I love it. It helped me get into meditation, and it encourages me to practice daily. The simple yet beautiful design of the app helps a lot, too. Everything is easy to find. I love this app. I recommend it to everyone!!

Too much body scanning and I don't think I'm getting much out of it. I just started Foundation 3 and it doesn't seem much different then the first 2. I don't know.

Running through the Foundations plan and there is waaaay too much speaking and "guidance". I understand a degree is required, but this is near constant and so repetitive. It is really not conducive for effective meditation. Shame, I wouldn't recommend this one.

what's wrong with voice selection? i don't want to hear a teacher's voices

Keeps stopping in the middle of the meditations and everything else, I'm glad I didn't pay for the lifetime membership.

I am disappointed with this app and the management of cancellations . I attempted to cancel my subscription the day it auto renewed and it would not allow me too. I have finally gotten it canceled, but Balance will not cancel it immediately, it says it will be canceled next year. This is not acceptable. I would like a refund for the fee that was taken.

I've enjoyed Balance for over half a year now, and, as someone with anxiety and anger issues, I must say that it has been a godsend for my mental health. The plans on offer are great for developing a meditative practice, and there are enough singles that you can build up a pattern of mindfulness throughout your day. Even just showing up and trying sends signals to your heart and mind that you are worthy of stability and health. If you're on the fence, I'd definitely encourage you to try. Peace✌

this app seriously helps me with getting to sleep and going back to sleep

Has recently developed a bug where the meditation stops playing partway through and no way to resume it besides just having to start over. The meditation options are good though and the library has been expanding. [edit after response] I have the latest version of the app.

DO NOT get. I do not have the paid subscription however after the trial they charged my card $69.99 anyways over a year later. Now they are claiming they can't find my email in the system to refund me. I've checked play store subscriptions. I've provided both my emails and my husband's email just in case and still they "cant" find it. Huge fraud alert. Stay clear!

I use the brown noise every night to help me sleep. getting sick of the app bugging and stopping the playback for no reason. completely closing and reopening the app doesn't always fix it either.

Tried the free version for a few weeks 2 years ago and didn't really carry on with it and definitely didn't sign up to be charged £62 per year for something I don't use, yet that is what seems to have happened. Didn't spot the 1st one and just seen the 2nd one. I have been charged over £120 for something I didn't want and I don't use. there's no easy way to communicate with them about it either, so I've informed my credit card to try to recover some of the money. I do not recommend this app.

Balance is the most underrated meditation app out there. It's not spammy like Calm and not cluttered like Fabulous. Ofosu's voice is very calming and soothes me in an instant. Love the clean interface. Thank you Balance team! edit: don't know what's up with the app recently but it keeps crashing even after reinstalling. edit 2: still unusable. Meditations never start on pixel 9. Uninstalling for good.

I like that there's a choice of male or female to listen to. There's a good selection of meditations. It's good you can try before buying. If you want more silence in your meditations however, you might prefer something else, (although the last app I had (calm) also had too much talking through the meditations which is why I changed to this one). I would like the option to give feedback on the app itself,but I don't think this is available. Overall though, I like it and use the paid version now.

Unusable, meditations stop a couple minutes in and won't restart. Not very calming. other users have reported similar, company said end of 2025 fix would be available after upcoming holiday. Well, the problem persists despite the post holiday update. Pixel 10.

I love this app so much but it does crash often especially on the long ones

BEWARE I thought i unsubbed but didnt, and was charged 60£ extra, the reason why is because there is a fake unsubscription process on the app, long enough (10 pages long) and intentionally deceitful enough to trick you into thinking you have already unsubscribed. Instead of just telling you to go to the play store directly. whereas every other app has a very simple 2 to 3 clicks to go to settings and unsubscribe from paid options or will tell you to go to play store immediately.

This app cost HUNDREDS of dollars and (1) doesn't have major updates; it's often the same meditations, and (2) freezes when your phone screen goes to sleep. If you wake it back up again (already not a great experience mid-meditation), it won't actually continue to playback. The devs and PMs of this app have a lot more work to do before it would be worth the insane premium I paid for it. I'm really frustrated by this app, which is ironic considering it's a meditation app.

edit: I'm not sure whats going on with this app, but it is not working. I will try to load a session and nothing is happening. yes its up to date. I know anyone reading this doesn't know me. I've been on a meditation path for quite some time, and it has been a struggle. I've tried many apps, read books, and written papers in hopes that it clicks. This app is the best app I happened to stumble upon through Elevate app. I cannot recommend it more.

HIGHLY LIFE CHANGING. Easy to use. Great for learning a variety of meditation and mindfulness tools.

Really loving it so far, will try to use it as consistently as possible to achieve maximum results. Let's see how far I get 😄

I absolutely love this app and Ofosu's voice is the right amount of calming and "not hokey" (something that I find distracting in a lot of other meditations). That being said, is there a way to customize the widget, so that it's a short cut to a specific meditation? As far as I can tell, it's sort of random based on whatever you've favorited. I'd find it more helpful as a shortcut to, say, a 5 minute anxiety meditation - sort of like an emergency "tap here" button

The ads state that it's free but once you sign up it's only a 30 day trial

ive been using the app for a few years, up until recently everything was going great. now almost all of the sleep options have stopped working, regardless of type or duration. the audio will just not start or stop abruptly. reporting the issue went no where, even after providing detailed feedback. very disappointed for the expense of a yearly subscription.

Great, easy to use app with excellent variety and options for all types of situations. Has helped me with lowering anxiety, increasing focus and enhancing my productivity.

The app helped me develop a consistent practice of being still and mindful. it is limited on its selections compared to other apps. I like the nap feature on Balance as it helps me relax, and the timer gently goes off.It increases in volume when the time is ended.

Straightforward, no-frills mindfulness app with very good guidance and (as opposed to other apps I have used) without the overwhelming amount of different things.

I uninstalled faster than I installed it

After just 2 days of this app I have used what I have learned to deal with a recent medical diagnosis and it has worked great! A life saver!

it's the app I'm happy to get addicted to. the diversity of meditations and plans available make it so easy to integrate mindfulness within day to day, with the walking, morning brew, or commute ones! I'm always reaching out for the focus music and pomodoro sessions during work . only issue is, lately few of the meditations (sleep/pomodoro) stop for me in the middle and there's no way to resume them cuz they just get stuck. I've tried clearing cache, reinstalling the app, but didn't help

I love it!! back then I was too lazy to even meditate! now? it's my third day streak! 😭 It helps me calm my mind🌻 and appreciate things around me.. it also help me fix my sleeping schedule! I can now drift asleep whenever I want 😭 I love elevate and spark too!!✨🌻 I swear I'll buy these apps! I'm just too poor right now🥲✨ Highly recommended if you're having trouble to fall asleep at night like me :>>

Love the app and have enjoyed using it but now have to cancel because you do not offer a monthly pay option. It's just not cost friendly unfortunately since you have to pay for a yearly subscription.

App doesn't run on Samsung 24 The first session locked up 5min in after that I tried 10 sessions all but 2 locked up the longest session to complete 5min. Tech support took multiple emails & a bunch of info to tell me it's a known issue with no time line. The small amount I heard sounded good but every session beyond 5 min locks up so waste of time.
