Why does it keep taking it out of my bank account first and not my actual debit card. I keep having to pay or have a late charge be taken care of because I never use my bank account or have money in it. BUT THEN WHEN IT BOUNCES IT TAKES IT OUT OF MY VENMO ONLY AFTER THE ORIGINAL CHARGE BOUNCES. Like why doesn't it use the freaking venmo first like its freaking listed on my agreement. Going to sue these jokers for hustling me.

They make it where you have to go in person to cancel your membership. Never use it again, worst app and gem.

They remove cancel membership from the app and are making it super hard to cancel it just so they can keep charging you $$$

if you are smart you will not join planet fitness nor give them your banking information because they will go in your account pulling for money when they're not even scheduled to

There are tons of quick free workouts with different levels for those days yiu can't make it to the gym

Very easy to navigate, definitely helpful tools for a beginner. My body is out of shape and I like to go to the gym alone. This helps me to have someone to guide me, yet still maintain my own pace without pressure.

Worked fine at first. Lately I've had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times. I check to see if it works okay, at home after reinstall, but on my next visit I get only a blank screen when I open app to check in. So irritating! Have to use my old key tag instead.

Hoping im in. Update i cant figure out how to download the app. It keeps bringing me to a page that wants credit card info. Ive already paid in full at the gym.

this company is a total rip-off I haven't had a gym membership for 32 days and they've already wanted $100 like what am I paying for and why are they being ridiculous with it they say oh your annual fee is going to be 2 months after you sign up literally 32 days after I sign up they charge the 50 and they charged me $32 in one month this is ridiculous this company does not explain that they're going to charge you $100 in 30 days when you sign up for a $15 a month plan. don't trust this company

Planet Fitness is a joke. I tried to cancel my membership over the phone. I was pretty sure they understood my request until they started charging me over text. I called the number in the text message; they said I needed to contact my local gym, which I did. When I called them, they said I had to cancel it in person and that, since it was in the middle of the billing cycle, I'd have to pay for an extra month. They make the process easy for you to become a member, and the other way to cancel it

A very clean gym with most of the equipment I needed.

The workouts are engaging; the instructors are encouraging.

I don't want to bring my phone to the gym. The app doesn't auto fill my login info. I don't like this system and prefer a card.

very good work outs to follow- I however think the app would benefit from a search function or a save function for work outs so I can have my favorites available as needed without having to dig through all of the categories

Good navigation and smooth with many cool offers and discounts at many different vendors and categories. From food to electronics and more on the app. Also you need the app to checkin to the gym.

I love plant fitness... but it's time for a face life time for new colors and new style a upgrade. mornelights more music. as well as add cash payment for in house drinks food and what not... everyone doesn't like to pay for a drink with a card it's so stressful when all y'all ask is for a card for a energy drink. smh make it more respectful and for the people who go like me I go twice to three times a day I am a true gym rat by ❤️

Worked for the first few weeks...now it keeps bugging, full of glitches.....reason why I don't like installing apps besides they take up space on the phone a lot of them don't function well.

Best gym on the planet! Friendly staff and great atmosphere 👌. Its the perfect place to workout and maybe make new friends!

I love everything about the app.... except one thing. The "Track Activity" feature. The choices don't include anything for circuit training/HIIT/TRX type workouts and I have yet to find an appropriate replacement. I have been attending TRX classes at my local PF (love it!) but I can't figure out how to track it in my fitness journey.

I actually really like PF's suggested workouts, specifically the lists that you can save. Also their workout videos are typically on point for suggested fitness levels.

I really feel the gym at home parts is the great surprise for my recent return to the gym and massages , I'm loving the work at home exercises so much thank you

The crowd meter can be wildly inaccurate- May show one or maybe two bars out of ten on the meter but nearly every treadmill is taken, half the bikes taken and most of the weight stations are occupied. Most of the "deals" are what you can online without PF. The tutorials would be more helpful of you could filter by equipment, difficulty or ability- not all of us are spry uninjured 20 something year olds with new joints.
