cannot or will not accept password. tried several different ones, verified at least 8 characters and other requirements. no help.

it works well, helps me keep track of my routine

always clean. greeting with a smile and always helpful about member ship and teaching about machimes.

I've tried signing up on two different devices and a PC and have been trying to create an account and membership but every time I try it tells me there was a membership checkout error try again later. I've tried probably a hundred times now and have gotten the same result. it is incredibly frustrating because the penny sign up ends tomorrow and it is going to make me miss the sale

great gym to workout

I just signed up for the gym and the app isn't letting me make an account. I make an account and then it says I have the wrong password. whoever is in charge of making this app should be fired.

solid gym, professional staff, many locations to choose from @ a reasonable price

recently doesn't want to load, I've deleted and re-download and still does not work.

It takes 10 taps and a full minute from opening the app to checking in for yourself and a guest for planet fitness. Poor app design when all it should be is a member ID QR code. Why does it change hourly? Why is your app so inefficient? Nothing in this day and age should take more than 2-4 taps at most to check into something. Terribly inefficient app. Nothing needs to be this complex. Please change your UI to something less painful to use.

false advertising! they claim "use any location" They do not disclose that they limit how many times you can do so. They conceal that info at sign up

works good for checking in, has lots of workouts and tutorials. Unfortunately there is no way to save/bookmark your favorite workouts, forcing the user to have to search for a workout every time they leave the workout screen.

more gym perks on drinks and such would be nice but getting a membership really has helped me alot in life and that's no lie. there a blessing.

great options for workouts at home as well as in gym. I would like to be able to track more exercises, and not just what is provided. but overall good app

Home screen gives me crowd amounts to a PF on the other side of town that I've never been to and there's no way to change it. I'm not going through 6 menus any time I want to see if it too crowded. Garbage app.

For goodness sake can you please stop the scam of people keeping their membership and not being able to cancel their membership and just keep changing their account even after they have not been to the gym in months

love using the app to check the crowd meter. getting on here to workout with the professionals. I recommend getting this app if you use planet fitness

stupid

App demands Web login but the website doesn't use the same login so fails consistently. Trying to access via the website directs you back to the app which still fails. The utter lack of any online options outside the stupid app is horrible customer service.

I think it's the best. plus there across the united states, I plan to move to Florida. plus it's was easy to join I like the inrolllment was easy!!!

As I age I want to keep mobile and it helps so much excessing with other people

great app makes me feel safe as long as front desk staff check and enforce the entry rules.
