I've been a member since its Inception in Rhode Island I believe was 2012 or 2009, not sure when I joined, but I'm still here, just came back from there, just got myself a nice tan and a massage. Thank you so much, you've added so much to my life.

Love the app and the membership. but canceled due to billing practices would not run my card on time and then we charge me an extra $15 every month for 6 months and they couldn't get the billing fixed. still have not received my refund.
When I check-in after the gym it doesn't show up in my check-in history.

non tech companies shouldn't be allowed to make apps. loading the app to check in is SUCH a hassle. it's funny because every time I go there's always like 2-3 people standing there trying to get the check-in to load. why does that part even need to load? it's so sad. I got so frustrated by it I had to PURCHASE the physical tag. you mean to tell me they can't just give me a tiny piece of plastic with my membership? cmon guys that's lame. just go back to physical keychain tags and be done.
PF in general is a predatory company. there's better gyms with better apps. save your money and go local

This rating is for the app not for the Gym itself. Not fond of the app. It's only real service to me is to check in upon arrival. I was excited to see a track my progress. But this is pretty much just for cardio. There is 1 weight lifting option. And I'd like to track my strength I am working towards. Specific machines, how much weight I used, how many reps I managed. Currently I have to track that on Excel. Would be super cool to have it on here.

when I was able to come it was always clean the staff was very friendly and helpful but now that my bill is to high for me to pay so now I'm just sitting round gaining extra weight but soon as I can make a payment I will definitely start back

There needs to be a location in Hollywood, CA. plenty of leasing spaces out that way.
I've canceled this out of Brooksville, and for some reason they keep billing me and telling me that I've had late fees, not much on planet fitness. I physically walked in and canceled in Brooksville.

Great place to work out. A large variety of machines and free weights. Brandon is a great guy who will answer any questions. Good place for both beginners and others who are serious about being fit.

We don't offer cancelations via the app. However, we do have a few ways to cancel your membership: You can send a written request by mail, visit your home club, or log into your account through the member portal to cancel online. Since cancelation policies vary, we recommend checking with your club directly with any additional questions.
I have been to many planet fitness centers all over Tennessee but this location in Nashville is by far the best!! I'm spoiled here. They have amazing customers service always kind and helpful!! I refuse to go anywhere else!

absolutely dog water software
Crowd meter is a straight up lie. Every machine in the gym can be occupied and it will still show 2/10 bars. Just a deception to get people to come in. The app is useful for account management, but its annoying having to load in the scan code every time.

horrible. trying to get in with a guest pass. it makes you set up an account just for this and then you have to set up a complex password - for a guest pass! and if you get it wrong-once- it locks you out. the security is ridiculous. whole app just looks like something from years ago too.

in order to get free day pass..needs my DOB..but it doesn't let me type it on..so I have to manually go back nearly 40 years on calendar? this is poor website design . PA SAYS they corrected calendar issue..THEY DID NOT
