Home screen gives me crowd amounts to a PF on the other side of town that I've never been to and there's no way to change it. I'm not going through 6 menus any time I want to see if it too crowded. Garbage app.

App demands Web login but the website doesn't use the same login so fails consistently. Trying to access via the website directs you back to the app which still fails. The utter lack of any online options outside the stupid app is horrible customer service.

This rating is for the app not for the Gym itself. Not fond of the app. It's only real service to me is to check in upon arrival. I was excited to see a track my progress. But this is pretty much just for cardio. There is 1 weight lifting option. And I'd like to track my strength I am working towards. Specific machines, how much weight I used, how many reps I managed. Currently I have to track that on Excel. Would be super cool to have it on here.

Crowd meter is a straight up lie. Every machine in the gym can be occupied and it will still show 2/10 bars. Just a deception to get people to come in. The app is useful for account management, but its annoying having to load in the scan code every time.

They remove cancel membership from the app and are making it super hard to cancel it just so they can keep charging you $$$

I don't want to bring my phone to the gym. The app doesn't auto fill my login info. I don't like this system and prefer a card.

Hey, Rhiannon! It isn't a requirement to use our PF App for check-ins. If you do not have the App, you can always provide your phone number to the front desk. Thank you!
