Had to drop Rouvy after such a large hike in their monthly price. My duo member was going to rise from £16.99 per month to £26.99 and unfortunately many people like myself don't have large sums of money to pay for a full year in advance in order to benefit from any form of discount that they only offer via an annual subscription. it's ashame because they fit a perfect gap in the market between the freemium cycling apps and the expensive options like Zwift.

Excellent app and great fun ride

The app could be great but instead it's just okay. The app needs native Chromecast support built in. Having to use the Google Home app to cast my phone screen is not a long term solution. It works but the video often freezes on the TV not my device. The image on screen also more often than not looks extremely pixelated on the TV. Downloading routes doesn't help as it takes forever to download something even in 720p. If these issues were fixed it would be an instant 5 stars.

Used to be great. Now crashing often, difficult to connect and access support.

Rouvy doesn't offer paced 24/7 group rides.

Out of the sports app this is best refresh I've seen so far. New ride interface is great, and you finally see what the challenge will be and what's a head of you. I suspect some people might prefer to be able to design their own layout, but this totally works for me. I hope the main app interface will also receive some kind of refresh. great work, and keep it up!

moved to Rouvy a number of years ago after using Zwift for 3 years as I liked the idea of seeing actual footage of the ride not CGI like Zwift. I have Rouvy installed on my powerful gaming laptop connected to 50" 4kTV and a Wahoo Kickr V5. Trainer Connected to the computer via ant+dongle. Have never had connection issues just a little buffering at times as our internet is not that fast. I love the variety of rides and countries you can explore. subscription is getting to expensive though 🤨

very promising! I have completed two sessions so far. the interface not too difficult to figure out especially if you are using similar apps. the realism adds a whole different experience to my work outs! I am also surprised how it brought up my trainers "weakness" where is it slow to react on resistance by changing of elevation. I am using the Wahoo Rollr trainer. but overall very impressed. I will use it for a few months and see if it is truly a replacement of my other virtual training app.

this app does not allow you to see the routes or what workouts are there, or the app features until you enter your card details and take membership. in this case Zwift is better. personally I feel that I should be able to see the features of the app, or see what we are paying for before we take membership.

App has been improved significantly since I first tried it and am now a subscriber. They do take customer feedback in mind when making updates and improvements. there have been significant additions and improvements over the past year alone.

be aware after 7 days trial will automatically charge you for entire year without chance to cancel it until the entire year expires. Forget about refund. If you don't intend use this app as your prime cycling indoor app, don't even bother as you'll stuck with it and hope it won't charge you for another year. I regret to be hooked for trial as it never tells you it's not refundable purchase. Dissapounted not with the app but will the model they use to catch new customers.

Updated to two stars. The app looks better than it did and has improved. But 7 times out of 10 it hangs when I want to start riding and I need to force close the app and try again. This is on a Samsung S21 5G with a rock solid WiFi and 300 Mb fibre connection.

Love the route quality and variety! Also, great support from staff to help us set up our Duo account!

Since update the App will not open. Both wife and I use Samsung s23/s24 phones... same problem on each. have turned phone off and restarted and also uninstall and reinstalled the app. please help or ill be chasing for a refund very shortly. On gave a 1 star to trigger interest fully intend to change this when problem solved

Great indoor cycling app, I like the realism and the scenery is great. In the workouts, it's hard to go from sprint to cool down, since the difficult drops suddenly and you lose pedal, the app pauses the session, but as long as you keep pedaling it'll fix itself. just a bit annoying.

Which exercise bikes work.with this app? I'm currently looking for a smart bike

Please support Nvidia Shield. Its a more than capable device and one platform more than Zwift supports. Otherwise would have 5 stars.

Updated: had many issues with the setup process. Once I got a chance to use it, I enjoyed the layout and visuals. Still learning how to learn and navigate the app layout. Only issue is the complete lack of sound. It would help to give me some type of sound prompt as I transition through different section of training rides.

Doesn't work, slow support team response. They blame my connection. When I altered the configuration as they said, same problem and they didn't respond. Terrible experience. Asked for money and was refused. Months later they activated my account and charged me again! Had to go through 5+ pages to cancel. Seems illegal 🤔. All sorts of traps to get you into accidentally keeping your subscription active. Seems like they're begging for a Class action lawsuit

Best online cycling app. Augmented reality, plenty of workouts, tournaments etc.

Awesome. Ive been using for 2 years now and the real routes are amazing. Rouvy are constantly adding more and more routes.

The latest update doesn't work. All we get are 'sorry.' And they won't tell us how to install an older version. 😠😡

Everything about this app is amazing. From the training, to the scenic rides. The user interface is easy to navigate.

We need a skin color avatar also to choose from.

Having a great time riding in Mallorca, Crete, California .... So much to do, and quite realistic. Good feedback from the hometrainer, makes it much more interesting and challenging than a dumb trainer session.

This app has greatly improved over the last couple years. Due to miserable weather I have been using it quite a bit lately and am really enjoying the many choices of locations to ride

Great experience (im a Windows 10 user) Wanted to let you know that i like the overall experience. Small note when installing an update on the windows platform. Everytime in need to login again. No biggie bit somewhat irritating. Maybe this is a platform/installer issue? Keep it going 🌶️🚀

The Best By Far

I have good Internet ect and its still crashes. When you're on your big interval day and three quarters through it doesn't make you happy, I think 3 months of perseverance is enough. Great when it working though.

Great concept, but poorly maintained app. On at least two occasions, I have been an hour plus into a tough ride, only for the server to freeze.

Buggy, not working smoothly ... unsatisfactory support (takes ages to reply and then only coutresy mails). Defintely subdesigned lacking reliability. Proposed races and challenges not working properly or as intended. I will definitely try other cycling apps instead of this ... definitely not worth subscribing.

Neustálé technické problémy aplikace, samovolné odpojování od Garmin Connect, většinou trvá několik dní než to opravi, help line na dotazy nereaguje. Až to opraví nebo začnou reagovat, zaslouží si hvězdiček více...

Why would you not allow the option to combine two separate rides and a total amount of km into one file for Strava? Or at least restarting the ride from the beggining while preserving the amount ridden? Its a bit daft, as if I want to do Grand fondo's I just cant do it on Rouvy, apart from a very limited choise of over 100km!

The app was okay when it was new, but now it's very glitchy. I contacted customer service which was absurdly unhelpful. I'll be unsubscribing soon. Don't waste your Time start with a better app. Update So funny they replied to me that I should write to support clearly realizing that I hadn't written to support 15 times and been given such sub satisfactory answers and then told that I couldn't get a refund through them just goes to show you there's no communication at all in this company

It would be great if it kept my credentials. The amount of times I've had to log in is frustrating.

Poor user interface. App stops in the middle of a ride. Manual change of the FTP does not work/is not saved.

Doesn't connect via Facebook. Horrible first experience. AI generated chat bot is weak and not helpful. Looks good on the outside but many bugs
