I'm so tired of this app not synching my workouts. It works OK sometimes, but then every once in a while, it just does not sync with Final Surge, the chatbot is useless, customer service is slow, and I end up wasting an hour or more, trying to get things synchronized, or creating the workout manually on my laptop... I just can't anymore. The one thing I hate most in life is when others waste my time. Looking forward to cancelling the subscription.

terrible terrible experience. spent 30 mins registering. And after getting credit card entered i was unable to login to the app. And guess what, i can not even remove my card from being charged. i am going to report it to google and local fair business burou as a fraud. Terrible experience

bring back the old version. I just want to get on the bike and ride. I don't want to spend 15 minutes setting the thing up everytime. I hate ghost riders. Can't see half the stats because it is too small and the colour's dont have enough contrast. So badly want to switch to something else. Used to be good now it is too complicated to use through Apple TV App and remote.

Really wanted to try this out to see if it would work for me to replace this. The app doesn't let you create an account and just tells you to do it from their website. I went to their website created an account then it wanted my credit card info to setup a subscription. I left the website before giving my payment info, went back to the app, it let me login, then it said I needed to go to the website to finish account setup where it wanted my payment info. I'm not paying to try out an app.

This app shouldn't even be listed. Slow, glitchy, don't connect to trainer, laundry list of issues hence all the other reviews. Absolute joke that it's even listed as compatible on Chromebooks.

Unfortunately, the Zwift Click & Cog version 2 isn't compatible. 😌 We have done everything possible, including repeatedly requesting the necessary information from the device manufacturer, but unfortunately, we have not yet received their support. 🙈 You can change gears on the riding screen, via the keyboard, or the CompApp.

The app is not functioning properly. Whenever I start a new ride or a workout the app is automatically pausing it, although everything is perfectly connected. This is so tiring and time consuming. If the problem persists I'll definitely cancel my subscription. Shame!

I am forced into a free trial before gaining access to any free version - and I am forced to put payment details in... Which as someone with ADHD is an unnecessary risk - thought I'd try anyway - but turns out you can't sign up on the app, and the web page kept failing. Welp, maybe its great, but seems like too many bugs and hurdles just to 'try' an app - guess I'll try elsewhere since this does not seem to work in any capacity.

The concept and video content is great. The problem is the APP just doesn't work properly. Everytime I want to do a ride I have to uninstall the APP and reinstall it because it will not find anything when I do a search, it won't find my favourite rides or history. I've tried killing all other APPS from running, clearing Cache etc, but the only solution is to reinstall the APP everytime I want to do a ride. This takes up so much of my limited available ride time. I may have to go to Zwift instead

Rouvy is a cool concept but the app and user experience is complete garbage. I actually paid for an annual subscription but I can't load a workout hardly ever with half gigabyte internet speed. I don't even think I'd continue to use Rouvy if it was free. Update: I need stable internet per the developer comment. I have 1GB fiber internet.

I've tried Rouvy, I've tried mywhoosh. Nothing comes even close to Zwift. So annoying and so many bugs with routes you downloaded disappearing, same problem as mywhoosh. Never encountered any bugs with Zwift, definitely worth the premium on subscription

I created an account, reviewed the routes and even synced to my trainer in considering to switch from Zwift to Rouvy. Then I discovered the avatars can only be "customized" to resemble white people, which I am NOT! Really ROUVY"people. What real world are y'all in?

Rouvy offers great workouts once they start, but the app itself feels slow and unreliable. Content and images often fail to load, and frequent redirects to the web break the native mobile experience. The app would benefit from a full rebuild in Flutter or fully native to improve speed, stability, and UX. If your team needs help with mobile architecture or redesign, you can contact me.

Virtual shifting is still not working, otherwise it is a fantastic app. I regret signing up with Rouvy and now thinking of going back to Zwift. I really enjoyed the scenery while training with Rouvy. But every time, I spent more than 1 hour restarting the app and unplug my Wahoo Kickr Core2, in hope the virtual shifting is working. After the recent update, Rouvy doesn't even recognise my Kickr Core 2 via Bluetooth, but only via WiFi, and it loses connection half way through my training.

booted the app up for the first time ever and it squishes to less then 1/2 of my screen and auto rotates clicking on the buttons do nothing have to find the button in the black and can't even scroll first time user guess I'm looking elsewhere

Bkool user here, where is the Bkool Spin Studio App equivalent ? An excellent interface where you understand easily what you have to do, a teacher with energy, some good songs that results in a nice cardio session like Les Mills RPM (not the BS "I'm a pro Pro cyclist") ?

I love the scenery. Other cycling training apps are too video-gamey. Signed up for a "forever" pricing plan. Nope. was $120/year. Just got charged $150. It's money I will never see again, but for $30, they just lost and alienated a customer and any chance at recommendation forever. Businesses don't care. Wringing every penny out of each customer is the focus, so I'm not at all shocked.

Had to drop Rouvy after such a large hike in their monthly price. My duo member was going to rise from £16.99 per month to £26.99 and unfortunately many people like myself don't have large sums of money to pay for a full year in advance in order to benefit from any form of discount that they only offer via an annual subscription. it's ashame because they fit a perfect gap in the market between the freemium cycling apps and the expensive options like Zwift.

this app does not allow you to see the routes or what workouts are there, or the app features until you enter your card details and take membership. in this case Zwift is better. personally I feel that I should be able to see the features of the app, or see what we are paying for before we take membership.
