I've been a Rouvy user for years and the app was reliable on my Samsung tablet, but now Rouvy requires an update that the store says is unavailable.

The app seems fine other than virtual shifting not seeming compatible. Real problem seems to be with support. I had a request for a refund the day after trial ended. I received a positive response like I was going to be refunded, a little more information was requested and given and since then I've been ghosted. No follow up, no response. Very disappointing.

I don't see very well. this app forces my phone into landscape mode and the normal bottom of screen buttons can't be accessed. everything is way too small to read. appears to be the same as the PC app. that works well on the much larger screen.

Pricey and for the price its not working well. I am going to have to give it a pass and try something else. Tech support offered to look into the problem but they likely won't fill my wallet or bank account so I will let it rest.

After the 4.4.2 update, stability is _bad_: First, the app froze after a few seconds on the search tab and stayed frozen. Then, after completely killing and restarting the app, all tabs only showed a loading circle thingy for about a minute.

rides are great but the app is very slow or unresponsive and needs a lot of work. I think once these problems are solved it would be worth the monthly fee but if you can't search for a ride easily or have the app load then it's not worth the steep monthly price.

Great app for cycling, however, stability seems to be an issue. I have to close and reopen the app a few times just to get to my course selection. Really frustrating and needs to be fixed.

When you have a bad app, but you buy competition that is better and cheaper than you, so you can continue to suck. 1h of training vanished without a trace, not logged anywhere. Video was loading the entire training. But who cares for stability and quality when you bring new features... I never had such experience with BKOOL...

first it was virtual shifting, claimed to work in February, still not working in November. Supposedly fixed, per an email I got last week, but I can't verify that because the app refuses to load routes to ride. This has happened before. One star, right now, a second because I like the photorealism, when the app works. A wide variety of routes to choose from (again when the app works)

nice app but just not reliable throws out mid route and then when you rejoin it resets the time and says you won't feature on any leaderboards as if it's my fault not theirs!
I'm not convinced by the speeds on climbs.while I accept that I'm no mountain goat but when I'm generating 220watts I would have thought I'd be going at more that 7 kmph up a 6.5% gradient

The app could be great but instead it's just okay. The app needs native Chromecast support built in. Having to use the Google Home app to cast my phone screen is not a long term solution. It works but the video often freezes on the TV not my device. The image on screen also more often than not looks extremely pixelated on the TV. Downloading routes doesn't help as it takes forever to download something even in 720p. If these issues were fixed it would be an instant 5 stars.

Updated to two stars. The app looks better than it did and has improved. But 7 times out of 10 it hangs when I want to start riding and I need to force close the app and try again. This is on a Samsung S21 5G with a rock solid WiFi and 300 Mb fibre connection.

Why would you not allow the option to combine two separate rides and a total amount of km into one file for Strava? Or at least restarting the ride from the beggining while preserving the amount ridden? Its a bit daft, as if I want to do Grand fondo's I just cant do it on Rouvy, apart from a very limited choise of over 100km!
