Losing all your progress when cancelling your subscription is a low bar. Also no cancellation possible in app, only in browser. Edit: One star instead of two for misleading AI answer to initial rating.

I'm so tired of this app not synching my workouts. It works OK sometimes, but then every once in a while, it just does not sync with Final Surge, the chatbot is useless, customer service is slow, and I end up wasting an hour or more, trying to get things synchronized, or creating the workout manually on my laptop... I just can't anymore. The one thing I hate most in life is when others waste my time. Looking forward to cancelling the subscription.

Loved it so far but on my last two ride attempts the screen just froze mid ride, luckily towards the beginning and not at the end, had to completely close the app and then obviously all my progress was gone and I will have to do those routes again, but what's the point if it's just gonna crash again?

terrible terrible experience. spent 30 mins registering. And after getting credit card entered i was unable to login to the app. And guess what, i can not even remove my card from being charged. i am going to report it to google and local fair business burou as a fraud. Terrible experience

The app seems fine other than virtual shifting not seeming compatible. Real problem seems to be with support. I had a request for a refund the day after trial ended. I received a positive response like I was going to be refunded, a little more information was requested and given and since then I've been ghosted. No follow up, no response. Very disappointing.

bring back the old version. I just want to get on the bike and ride. I don't want to spend 15 minutes setting the thing up everytime. I hate ghost riders. Can't see half the stats because it is too small and the colour's dont have enough contrast. So badly want to switch to something else. Used to be good now it is too complicated to use through Apple TV App and remote.

Really wanted to try this out to see if it would work for me to replace this. The app doesn't let you create an account and just tells you to do it from their website. I went to their website created an account then it wanted my credit card info to setup a subscription. I left the website before giving my payment info, went back to the app, it let me login, then it said I needed to go to the website to finish account setup where it wanted my payment info. I'm not paying to try out an app.

This app shouldn't even be listed. Slow, glitchy, don't connect to trainer, laundry list of issues hence all the other reviews. Absolute joke that it's even listed as compatible on Chromebooks.

Unfortunately, the Zwift Click & Cog version 2 isn't compatible. 😌 We have done everything possible, including repeatedly requesting the necessary information from the device manufacturer, but unfortunately, we have not yet received their support. 🙈 You can change gears on the riding screen, via the keyboard, or the CompApp.
The app is not functioning properly. Whenever I start a new ride or a workout the app is automatically pausing it, although everything is perfectly connected. This is so tiring and time consuming. If the problem persists I'll definitely cancel my subscription. Shame!
I am forced into a free trial before gaining access to any free version - and I am forced to put payment details in... Which as someone with ADHD is an unnecessary risk - thought I'd try anyway - but turns out you can't sign up on the app, and the web page kept failing. Welp, maybe its great, but seems like too many bugs and hurdles just to 'try' an app - guess I'll try elsewhere since this does not seem to work in any capacity.

I don't see very well. this app forces my phone into landscape mode and the normal bottom of screen buttons can't be accessed. everything is way too small to read. appears to be the same as the PC app. that works well on the much larger screen.

Good AR rides, good user interface. Just got too pricey for me in the end. That and the fact that developer response is non-existent. Tried the companion app but it just plain doesn't work. Moving on to Kinomap for half the price.

The search function continuously fails to work, as do other sections of the app. The support from Rouvy is slow and ineffective. When it works, it's great, but in my experience it is verrrrry unreliable. Edit January 2025: happy to say reliability seems to have improved greatly of late.

After the 4.4.2 update, stability is _bad_: First, the app froze after a few seconds on the search tab and stayed frozen. Then, after completely killing and restarting the app, all tabs only showed a loading circle thingy for about a minute.

By far the best indoor cycling app i've ever used. Every update is improving the riders experience & training to keep you more focused. The realistic visualisation of the routes keep you more immersed to be able to ride for longer. With hundreds of routes from all over the world & so many training workouts & plans, its definitely worth 5 stars.

Superb video footage (but limited curated tracks from all over the world but few local ones), great UI and detailed useful widgets. Requires payment info even for the 7-day trial :-( Showstopper for me is that virtual shifting is only supported on select trainers; my ThinkRider XX-Pro shifts fine in MyWhoosh, but no support here. Kinomap at least supports a manual power factor; nothing here.

The concept and video content is great. The problem is the APP just doesn't work properly. Everytime I want to do a ride I have to uninstall the APP and reinstall it because it will not find anything when I do a search, it won't find my favourite rides or history. I've tried killing all other APPS from running, clearing Cache etc, but the only solution is to reinstall the APP everytime I want to do a ride. This takes up so much of my limited available ride time. I may have to go to Zwift instead

I just love the look and feel of rouvy, the work outs are great and I love having so many routes to choose from, I use Google home to cast from my android phone to a monitor and it works just fine. I'm returning to cycling after a hiatus of a few years and Rouvy definitely getting me fitter in a really enjoyable way!

Rouvy is a cool concept but the app and user experience is complete garbage. I actually paid for an annual subscription but I can't load a workout hardly ever with half gigabyte internet speed. I don't even think I'd continue to use Rouvy if it was free. Update: I need stable internet per the developer comment. I have 1GB fiber internet.

rides are great but the app is very slow or unresponsive and needs a lot of work. I think once these problems are solved it would be worth the monthly fee but if you can't search for a ride easily or have the app load then it's not worth the steep monthly price.

I've tried Rouvy, I've tried mywhoosh. Nothing comes even close to Zwift. So annoying and so many bugs with routes you downloaded disappearing, same problem as mywhoosh. Never encountered any bugs with Zwift, definitely worth the premium on subscription

Great app for cycling, however, stability seems to be an issue. I have to close and reopen the app a few times just to get to my course selection. Really frustrating and needs to be fixed.

I created an account, reviewed the routes and even synced to my trainer in considering to switch from Zwift to Rouvy. Then I discovered the avatars can only be "customized" to resemble white people, which I am NOT! Really ROUVY"people. What real world are y'all in?
