Used for around 3 years. Solid app. Often see updates/changes to the app which is good to see so it's not being neglected by the developers. Changed from 5* to 4*. Used to be simple, the feature that tells you what state you're currently in (autophagy, fat burning srage 2 etc) seems to disappear a lot. If I log a meal, it automatically tries to make a fast start, if I ignore it and try start later it doesn't recall the last meal time. Certain features hit and miss. I've got the latest update.

Whilst the app itself was OK but not that user friendly, I decided not to continue using it after a couple of mo this. Yesterday I had £79 debited from my credit card. Some digging around the Internet led me back to simple life. I had received no reminder. I will however praise their customer service. A quick email to them, I got an immediate response and was refunded withing 10 minutes so I can't fault that. Just make sure you turn off automatic renewal 😊
sometimes glitchy but getting better. I've used this for just over a year, it helps me to track but could be done for less than I have been paying.

There's supposed to be a free version of the app, but once you complete the quiz and try to get the personalized plan, they're asking for a fee. I don't mind the purchase, but I'd like to at leasttry it to see if it's effective before I spend the money.

I haven't exercised in a couple of years. A friend of mine had started on this app and recommended it to me. I had never heard of it but thought why not? it's not the app for me. I need an app that allows me to track my food without feeling guilty about "bad choices" when in reality I'm trying to have a balanced lifestyle instead of a restricting diet. Also hate all the AI. the food scanning isn't accurate and often glitches when analyzing my meal

I love this app and my fuzzy little friend :) , but.. I find it a bit confusing..? I suppose? 🤔?.. Maybe not confusing... I was SUPER excited to get started on fasting and losing weight, you guys made me pretty pumped and confident that I could reach my goal.. (here comes the "but" again) buuuuut.. when I open the app there's too much going on and I don't know where to go, start or how to navigate to a first step, and thats why I haven't been opening the app, that's why I'm still fat. :(

so far I'm enjoying it. however when I did the quiz it only spoke of problems with knees and back and something else. I had an ankle surgery every year and a half ago and some of these exercises really do hurt

I have poor internet. it drops off and I cant use app. I want to cancel. I tried canceling yesterday and it said I would be charged nothing. I never heard back. I signed up for the 10 dollar and then got charged 35 dollars for things I never ordered. I physically cant do this. There doesn't seem an easy way to cancel. Very poor service.
