it's great I lost 10 pounds in a month I would of lost more but I cheated a lot but it was good but the al does make some mistakes you have to correct them on

great for the older crowd that have had no luck with the gym. this program is somewhat flexible and helps with tip on nutrition. no over night success, but that's just fine, you still feel like you are a winner in your own story

Love this app ... when it works! I'm 3 weeks into my plan and the app has started glitch ingredients badly, everything I lodge a meal or a drink. I have to exit the app to get it to stop, missing out on the feedback on my meals. I like being held accountable for what I est and drink and the positivity it gives you, even when you have a wee slip up is encouraging. I have lost 6kgs so far on my journey (3 weeks in). How do I fix the glitch!!??

I would like to see Blinky be optional. it's incredibly triggering, and the main reason that I don't use the app to it's full potential. I love the tai chi. I'm here for that. I could even do the meal tracking if it wasn't for Blinky. pls make him optional.

I am liking the app so far,would like the chose of water aerobics instead of just swimming. Adding in steps not just walking.

Used for around 3 years. Solid app. Often see updates/changes to the app which is good to see so it's not being neglected by the developers. Changed from 5* to 4*. Used to be simple, the feature that tells you what state you're currently in (autophagy, fat burning srage 2 etc) seems to disappear a lot. If I log a meal, it automatically tries to make a fast start, if I ignore it and try start later it doesn't recall the last meal time. Certain features hit and miss. I've got the latest update.
