They just took $129 without authorisation on the 30th of March this year. I had the app charge $29 last year and contacted them. I took the charge but decided to cancel before uninstalling it last year. Watch your bank statements. If I get a hassle free refund I will edit this review to reflect accordingly.

2 years ago I signed up for a trial to be able to see what the app actually was because you can't tell what it is until you pay them. It was worthless, and I cancelled in minutes. They fraudulently charged my credit card anyway, and I had to contact the company for a refund. 22 months later, I just had another fraudulent charge from this company authorized on my credit card. I had to contact them again to get it reversed. Will have to get a new card to prevent them from illegally doing it again.

When signing up this was not what I thought I actually thought I was signing up for. I was under the impression it was free for the first month but was charged immediately. App wont accurately log your weight, it changes what you enter. Foods you enter aren't accurately logged for protein, fat, carbs, & fiber. Not sure where they get their numbers for foods logged, but when checked on reliable websites to double-check their numbers, they were way off. I contacted the support line, & each time was told updates would be out within a month or a couple months, but nothing ever changes. Find a better app! Their meal plans will cost you a fortune to follow!!

I have poor internet. it drops off and I cant use app. I want to cancel. I tried canceling yesterday and it said I would be charged nothing. I never heard back. I signed up for the 10 dollar and then got charged 35 dollars for things I never ordered. I physically cant do this. There doesn't seem an easy way to cancel. Very poor service.
