it's a decent app, but the price has become insane, going from 65.00 / year to 83.99 / 3 months, and it appears all that's been added is an AI coach to scrape my data for ad revenue and training. switch to Zero or easy fast for a more valuable experience.

I’m sure the app works well for a lot of people, but the approach didn’t really resonate with me. It seems to lean on a kind of guilt-based motivation, using a cute, fuzzy character that can end up making you feel a bit discouraged if you don’t stick to the plan. For someone who’s already working on self-esteem, that dynamic can feel a little heavy rather than supportive.

Whilst the app itself was OK but not that user friendly, I decided not to continue using it after a couple of mo this. Yesterday I had £79 debited from my credit card. Some digging around the Internet led me back to simple life. I had received no reminder. I will however praise their customer service. A quick email to them, I got an immediate response and was refunded withing 10 minutes so I can't fault that. Just make sure you turn off automatic renewal 😊
