update to earlier review. the customer service team contacted me very quickly on my issue. turns out I had a typo in my email address that was the reason I could not find the subscription or get emails. they were very nice, even while i was ranting as i was rather upset, and helped straighten out the issue very quickly. I would like to apologize to the team for not being calmer in my approach of the issue. thank you for helping get the issue fixed.

Love this app ... when it works! I'm 3 weeks into my plan and the app has started glitch ingredients badly, everything I lodge a meal or a drink. I have to exit the app to get it to stop, missing out on the feedback on my meals. I like being held accountable for what I est and drink and the positivity it gives you, even when you have a wee slip up is encouraging. I have lost 6kgs so far on my journey (3 weeks in). When signing up this was not what I thought I actually thought I was signing up for. I was under the impression it was free for the first month but was charged immediately. It doesn't really help with anything other than you being micro managed. I am trying to cancel and if course there are hoops to jump through. I will be more aware if I ever sign up for something like this again. I feel SCAMMED!

I’m sure the app works well for a lot of people, but the approach didn’t really resonate with me. App wont accurately log your weight, it changes what you enter. Foods you enter aren't accurately logged for protein, fat, carbs, & fiber. Not sure where they get their numbers for foods logged, but when checked on reliable websites to double-check their numbers, they were way off. I contacted the support line, & each time was told updates would be out within a month or a couple months, but nothing ever changes. Find a better app! Their meal plans will cost you a fortune to follow!!
