Absolute joke. The website doesn't work properly, the app doesn't work properly, I'm so glad I'm only still at the free trial and haven't paid them anything. I needed a yoga app primarily for relaxation/restorative classes and this has just added stress and annoyance to my life. Nightmare. Two stars only because the class quality (the two classes I did manage to do) is good but it ain't worth it unless they fix all the issues with the website and app.

The app is great, I just wish it had landscape orientation in search/browsing mode, not just during actual classes.

There are so many issues with the app... Errors with no useful messages when trying to log in, the form fields are really glitchy, then when I finally managed to login the homepage keeps 'reloading' and flashing. I completed a yoga session but I couldn't rotate the video on my phone for some reason. If I pause the video, or want to rewind, quite often when I play again the visuals don't play (but the audio does). I signed up because of a specific yoga instructor that I love,only on glo :(

Android app is terrible. FYP glitches sp you can't browse content, and it doesn't track when you've completed a class after watching via Chromecast. Honestly this app makes me feel so frustrated that by the time I've managed to get it to work I can't actually bear the thought of doing a yoga class.
Great teachers and programming, but the app is incredibly glitchy. It's almost impossible to use.

I have just been automatically charged a 2nd, year long subscription, for an app I don't use or want. They refuse to refund a dime. Subscriptions are the bane of existence now and companies like Glo make money off of people who don't have time to scour through all their automatic charges to monitor silent charges coming from multiple sources.

The app glitch hinders my usage. When I open it, multiple screens continuously appear and disappear, preventing me from logging in or taking any actions. Unfortunately, I need to cancel my subscription by the end of the month since I can't use the app.

I love the classes, but I hate how the app functions, especially the Fire TV app. When I try to practice through my tv, options such as search are too limited. I have to go into my mobile app and add classes to my favorites, or cast to my tv from mobile, because the tv app is so limited in functionality. When my favorite classes list gets too long, I am unable to scroll the entire list, especially from the Fire TV. The quality of instruction is often overshadowed by the poorly functioning app.

The app on the Android is not good. I would rather use the Web version of Glo. The videos and instructors are great! but the app could use some improvements.

Do not use this app or service!! Very poor experience overall. Customer service is not very helpful, they are slow to respond, and it's taken weeks to resolve my questions. Also, don't forget to cancel your autorenew. I left mine on on accident and even though I hadn't used any classes since the autorenew date, they wouldn't refund the money. I get that it's in the terms & conditions, but this is SUCH a poor customer experience.

Terrible App for Samsung. I used this app for years on an iPhone and it was amazing. The user experience on a Samsung is subpar. You cannot change the orientation of the video, the screen flashes all the time, main screen isn't usable, search doesn't work properly, etc. The only reason I am keeping it is because of the content-- teachers are amazing and the classes are amazing.

Love the classes. The for you portion glitches a lot, so it's unusable. But I am able to search for classes manually, and they seem to work fine. Have not tried over wifi, only data.
glo is amazing! the phone app version has some glitches. often, the home page flashes and returns to the top when I try to scroll. sometimes, the search page doesn't load, and I have to restart the app. glo is better on the computer, but I am grateful to have access by phone, even with the glitches. I highly recommend glo.

Constant technical issues with loading on android
I love the videos however the apps main page is completely unusable. It continuously refreshes making the ability to scroll and select videos impossible.
5 year member. I love the teachers & classes the app and website frustrate the zen out of me. Glo has problems connecting to the internet, which leads to reloading the class and then starts from the beginning instead of where it paused. Also the 'For You' suggested classes are terrible. They do not change and have do not represent any classes I watched. Also it is difficult to find teacher series. The description might mention class is in x # in a series, but can't find series in search.
Not easy to cancel your subscription. Furthermore, predatory email tactics re used to upsell and resubscribe you. Don't bother to complain because they'll say: . Glo is a non-refundable subscription-based company and we trust our members to manage their subscriptions accordingly. So, NOT recommended based on their inappropriate methods of ensnaring consumers.
The app has not been working on android for about 2 months now. It's a known issue and I can't believe we do not have a fix yet

Glo is amazing, I love it. I'm using it to go through my pregnancy and I find the classes brilliant but the app doesn't work. When I open it, it always flash and shut down.

Tried to get into the app but it keeps failing to load and keeps on notifying me there's a problem with my internet connection when the truth is my Internet works perfectly fine.

I tried it but only because I was interested in the LIVE classes. Upon registering, entering my card info and trying one class, I learned that the live class is just a video of the trainer with no way to know if it is a live class or not. I at least thought youd feel like youre in a virtual class seeing other participants. There is no difference in this live class from the offline classes except you cant rewind or forward it, and you have to wait for the time it is scheduled to start.

While this app works ok on my phone, it doesn't work well on my tablet. The search function doesn't yield any hits, which is problematic. And in two uses, it has crashed once.
This app was my go to during the pandemic. Now that I was trying to get back to it, I realised the subscription has jumped to $30! And you never get discounts ever. Don't know what glo is trying to achieve here. Love the app and of course the trainers but the price is too steep!
Great classes and plenty of them, but your search function don't work, can't save classes and even after finishing a class it dont log my progress, for something this expensive your app experience should be better, hope you'll fix it :)
