SCAM ALERT I used this app for a year or so and then I couldn't afford it so I cancelled my subscription on Google Play. so 2 years later why am I still being charged monthly and not have the option to cancel on Goggle Play? the website cancellation doesn't work and just loops back and customer service just tells me to go to Google Play and cancel it. ANY OTHER YOGA APP IS BETTER THAN THIS

The app glitches more than it works. Makes it not worth the money for the membership because you need to grab another device before you can use it. Reply: I already reached out about this, prior to posting the review. I was shut down and not offered any support in fixing it. I only received an " I’m really sorry to hear that the app hasn’t been working well for you this past year. That must’ve been super frustrating, especially when you were just trying to make the most of your classes."

App keeps crashing after latest update and will not cast to my TV/chromecast anymore. For how expensive the subscription is, this is pretty disappointing.

Unable to access more than 2 minutes of any video even with a trial subscription, which the app somehow still did not seem to recognise despite me logging off and on multiple times. Not worth the hassle.

Couldn't even access after getting confirmation that my payment had been processed. Contacted Glo but their response was confusing - apparently their system doesn't sync up with google play store, which seems ridiculous? Like, we even offer it on play store if you can't sync with it! Subscription cancelled without even accessing the free trial
app constantly refreshes. can't browse in app because it goes back to the start every few seconds. would rate much higher if this was fixed.
The actual yoga is great, but the app UI is embarrassing. The homepage flashes constantly, resetting to the top if you try to scroll. They just released a new January Challenge but it is only for iOS?! Why are Android users second class citizens, Glo? Android has a huge market share, so why are we getting a subpar product? The phenomenal teachers you have working for you deserve a better app to showcase their classes.
Starting off where i needed to select my goals, someone clearly valued aesthetic over effective design, opting to use variable size, MOVING orbs I had to drag back and forth to be able to click. This did not fill me with hope for the app. The app would NOT let me progress without allowing/diallowing notifications instead of striaght up not opening that option because i didnt want to turn it on. The main page was also constantly refreshing and resetting once i got into it...
'For You' page blinks continuously. Other app behaviors suggest developer is not versed on Android platform. Glo is apologizing for problems, not fixing them. Shame, shame Glo!
Just signed up, app keeps flashing/refreshing so it's frustrating & unusable. Not what I expected after seeing all the Internet reviews of how wonderful Glo is. Day 3 of the 7 day free trial isn't going welll. Update 12/16: app still completely useless with constant refreshing, no change after recent update.

It has many issues on android.. it works perfectly on iOS. But serious attention is needed for android users. It gets stuck on every search... I does not display the first screen correctly and during streaming, some issues with full screen functionality and audio.. really disappointing that they do not put attention to android
This app still has issues with casting and its search function since my previous review in June. I still use the service every day, but via their website rather than their app. This is disappointing.

Just signed up. The website is great but the app is terrible!! All it does is jump around and buffer constantly. Very disappointed because I really looked forward to using the meditation timer. 7 day trial...hmmm

I have just been automatically charged a 2nd, year long subscription, for an app I don't use or want. They refuse to refund a dime. Subscriptions are the bane of existence now and companies like Glo make money off of people who don't have time to scour through all their automatic charges to monitor silent charges coming from multiple sources.

The app glitch hinders my usage. When I open it, multiple screens continuously appear and disappear, preventing me from logging in or taking any actions. Unfortunately, I need to cancel my subscription by the end of the month since I can't use the app.

Do not use this app or service!! Very poor experience overall. Customer service is not very helpful, they are slow to respond, and it's taken weeks to resolve my questions. Also, don't forget to cancel your autorenew. I left mine on on accident and even though I hadn't used any classes since the autorenew date, they wouldn't refund the money. I get that it's in the terms & conditions, but this is SUCH a poor customer experience.

Unusable, dahsboard just keeps refreshing in a loop - starts and stops refreshing all the time. I think this started a couple of weeks ago.

Terrible App for Samsung. I used this app for years on an iPhone and it was amazing. The user experience on a Samsung is subpar. You cannot change the orientation of the video, the screen flashes all the time, main screen isn't usable, search doesn't work properly, etc. The only reason I am keeping it is because of the content-- teachers are amazing and the classes are amazing.

Not easy to cancel your subscription. Furthermore, predatory email tactics re used to upsell and resubscribe you. Don't bother to complain because they'll say: . Glo is a non-refundable subscription-based company and we trust our members to manage their subscriptions accordingly. So, NOT recommended based on their inappropriate methods of ensnaring consumers.
This app is terrible and customer "service" were terrible when I have given feedback. It's either put up with this increasingly unusable app or cancel my Glo subscription.
This app have the moat anoing user experience. I have not even started to exercise and already is a fail.
Tried to get into the app but it keeps failing to load and keeps on notifying me there's a problem with my internet connection when the truth is my Internet works perfectly fine.
No free features, all trial and subscription.
I tried it but only because I was interested in the LIVE classes. Upon registering, entering my card info and trying one class, I learned that the live class is just a video of the trainer with no way to know if it is a live class or not. I at least thought youd feel like youre in a virtual class seeing other participants. There is no difference in this live class from the offline classes except you cant rewind or forward it, and you have to wait for the time it is scheduled to start.
Love glo.. but the ap doesn't work on my phone.. 1 star for the ap.. 5 stars for glo
This app was my go to during the pandemic. Now that I was trying to get back to it, I realised the subscription has jumped to $30! And you never get discounts ever. Don't know what glo is trying to achieve here. Love the app and of course the trainers but the price is too steep!
Have been with premium for a few months now. For you page never loads, stays blank. The app won't let me save videos or classes to my library or to any collections. Most of the time, classes just won't play. This is not an issue with my phone or connection, have already tested. Tried to contact customer service through app but I can't send an inquiry form as the app is telling me that the email address is not valid, even though it is the same one I signed up with. I would like my prem cancelled.
Scam if you try to unsubscribe. I unsubscribed and it showed I had unsubscribed on the app. They continued to charge me, and when I found out I complained to customer service. They offered no refund and had said it was because my cancellation was unsuccessful. I had no way to know that my cancellation was unsuccessful, because on the app it had said I had unsubscribed, and I did not know I also needed an email receipt of the cancellation to report a problem.
For as expensive as a service as this is the app is completely unusable, literally all I can get is a circle that keeps spinning. If I want to use the service I have to use the a Chrome tab. It's obvious from the other comments and the responses from the support team glo has absolutely no intentions of fixing this for Android users. Don't bother downloading.
This was my go-to app for years and now it simply doesn't work.
Buyer beware of "free" trial. Difficult to cancel subscription and customer service will ignore you if you request refund. No way to cancel subscription from your phone (in app or browser). Only way is to submit a contact us form and wait a couple days for a response. Customer service refused to issue any refund despite attempts to cancel within the trial window and the unsubscribe process being unnecessarily difficult/slow. After a canned response, theydeleted my account and stopped responding.
Do not subscribe. They don't reply to help you and the app doesn't work. Just a spinning wheel and glitches. Absolutely useless and a waste of time and money.
App is unreliable. Currently doesn't play videos. Watch the auto renewal, they maintain credit card info on file and charge without notice.
If you want to frustrate yourself... download this app! The very first page is a non-stop spinning wheel. You can search by typing and then hit play and NOTHING happens! Instead of doing a 4t minute flow... I alwsys end up doing a 60 minute waste my time in this app trying to get a class to play, or add to my library or download or anything. Unbelievable!!!
This app won't even load. The little loading wheel just spins, no matter what you click on.
The app has never worked on my phone, Samsung S21 plus. Used the web browser but then that didn't even work for my morning yoga today. Please Glo work on the app. I recently switched from Gaia and want to love it. Down Dog has given me the app free and it so far is way better and Glo charges A LOT.
