love this app because of the variety of styles of yoga and the specific search filters. whether I have 5 mins or 90 I can find something that suits what I need for exercise and mental health in the moment :)

Crashes a lot. Won't play videos

Excellent instructors, great variety. Definitely worth the money!

Great app experience and content, however everytime you try to cast a session the app crashes making it pretty useless. Hope this is fixed soon!

Have been with premium for a few months now. For you page never loads, stays blank. The app won't let me save videos or classes to my library or to any collections. Most of the time, classes just won't play. This is not an issue with my phone or connection, have already tested. Tried to contact customer service through app but I can't send an inquiry form as the app is telling me that the email address is not valid, even though it is the same one I signed up with. I would like my prem cancelled.

Not able to save classes to collections, download, add favorites, etc . Instead I need to search for my programs each time and then remember where I was.

Won't play the videos

Scam if you try to unsubscribe. I unsubscribed and it showed I had unsubscribed on the app. They continued to charge me, and when I found out I complained to customer service. They offered no refund and had said it was because my cancellation was unsuccessful. I had no way to know that my cancellation was unsuccessful, because on the app it had said I had unsubscribed, and I did not know I also needed an email receipt of the cancellation to report a problem.

For as expensive as a service as this is the app is completely unusable, literally all I can get is a circle that keeps spinning. If I want to use the service I have to use the a Chrome tab. It's obvious from the other comments and the responses from the support team glo has absolutely no intentions of fixing this for Android users. Don't bother downloading.

I adore this class. my husband has been having difficulty with tight iliopsoas.. so I have been reviewing short meaningful attainable classes for him...this one is a big winner!

There's something new every day, including for the days you're not feeling much like it 😅 Give it a try, and learn to be nicer to yourself as you don't have to keep pushing it to 1h training in case you're more in for a 10 min. one. Simply fits everyone, every level, intensity and duration. Love to learn more and explore different styles. Rediscovered passion for movement and exercise.

This was my go-to app for years and now it simply doesn't work.

Buyer beware of "free" trial. Difficult to cancel subscription and customer service will ignore you if you request refund. No way to cancel subscription from your phone (in app or browser). Only way is to submit a contact us form and wait a couple days for a response. Customer service refused to issue any refund despite attempts to cancel within the trial window and the unsubscribe process being unnecessarily difficult/slow. After a canned response, theydeleted my account and stopped responding.

Do not subscribe. They don't reply to help you and the app doesn't work. Just a spinning wheel and glitches. Absolutely useless and a waste of time and money.

App is unreliable. Currently doesn't play videos. Watch the auto renewal, they maintain credit card info on file and charge without notice.

If you want to frustrate yourself... download this app! The very first page is a non-stop spinning wheel. You can search by typing and then hit play and NOTHING happens! Instead of doing a 4t minute flow... I alwsys end up doing a 60 minute waste my time in this app trying to get a class to play, or add to my library or download or anything. Unbelievable!!!

This app won't even load. The little loading wheel just spins, no matter what you click on.

The app has never worked on my phone, Samsung S21 plus. Used the web browser but then that didn't even work for my morning yoga today. Please Glo work on the app. I recently switched from Gaia and want to love it. Down Dog has given me the app free and it so far is way better and Glo charges A LOT.

What a terrible app. Paid membership but the app did not recognize the payment so I'm stuck with 2minutes of all videos. Reinstalled app and now videos don't even play

When are you going to completely overhaul this app? It doesn't work. Start over. This has been an issue for at least 2 years. You're driving subscribers away, despite having terrific instructors.

The workouts themselves are great! The app can get a little glitchy tho, especially around the search feature.

loved this flow! lots of options so you can choose the intensity of your practice. the audio is a little tough to hear at times

I wish it were less expensive and that the teachers were more diverse, but it's a good app.

Extremely incompatible with samsung

I absolutely love Glo! This app is beautifully designed and very user-friendly! They obviously spent the time and money to do the job right. Also: Glo wins, hands down, for offering Kundalini Yoga. It can be hit or miss to find. I came entirely for that, plus Ashtanga. So props to Glo for being great enough to offer it.

Awful. The app takes ages to load and still wont play the videos if you click on them. Such a pity, the platform is great, but your app sucks.

Please fix. Would not play videos on samsung so Uninstalled and reinstalled. Error message says won't open due to some kind of bug.

Probably the best online Yoga platform, with really amazing teachers and tons of classes to choose from, but the app needs improvement. The interface is confusing, slow and buggy.. still great app and highly recommended

Terrible app, can't login, can't load anything from website or the app. Sure, classes may be great but what's the point if they are inaccessible

Amazing collection of classes!!! The best I've ever seen. Unfortunately, the app is buggy and the interface somewhat cluttered. I hope the developers are working on that. Still definitely worth subscribing. Update: well, apparently this app is not being updated. :(
