SCAM ALERT I used this app for a year or so and then I couldn't afford it so I cancelled my subscription on Google Play. so 2 years later why am I still being charged monthly and not have the option to cancel on Goggle Play? the website cancellation doesn't work and just loops back and customer service just tells me to go to Google Play and cancel it. ANY OTHER YOGA APP IS BETTER THAN THIS

The app glitches more than it works. Makes it not worth the money for the membership because you need to grab another device before you can use it. Reply: I already reached out about this, prior to posting the review. I was shut down and not offered any support in fixing it. I only received an " I’m really sorry to hear that the app hasn’t been working well for you this past year. That must’ve been super frustrating, especially when you were just trying to make the most of your classes."

Good yoga app if you search for older classes. Not as much new fitness content. Again, you have to search for the older fitness content to get a decent workout. I've used Glo since 2011 when it was just yoga and then LOVED when they added cardio, HIIT, strength, & Pilates, but they seem to be veering back to just yoga and it's gentler than I'd prefer. Still good for beginners, but I mostly rely on the past on-demand library for a decent yoga class or workout.
The search function on Android is not working at all. Video quality is great and other functionalities too but I need to find a class on my laptop and add it on favourites or go to the library to find a class. Are you planning on fixing this or am I missing something on the search function? After selecting the filters and clicking on search icon, nothing happens. Thanks!

I have a big frustration yet I'm going to keep using. Subscription via Google Play is only app option but Glo hasn't prioritized integration which is total pain & they push payment on their site which I don't trust since they always have technical hiccups. I trust their honesty but not their technical acumen. This is the 3rd time I've needed to send them my cc payment receipt - sometimes it's a quick fix & sometimes the CSR takes longer to fix it

Finding an instructor that I really resonate with has taken yoga from physical exercise I do, to Something I actively and eagerly incorporate in my life. I am motivated to do yoga everyday day, be it 10 mins, 30 min, or 90 and everywhere in between. Having the app makes it convenient to just take those little reprieves.
While the classes and variety of classes are fantastic, the app gets more buggy by the day. Starting this week I have to reauthenticate every time I open the app. Pages and buttons won't load intermittently. Save button is unresponsive when trying to add classes to lists. Search results won't load or filter sometimes. Unbelievably poor app given how expensive the service is.

the search function no longer works on this app (since the most recent update). I've been loving glo for more than 10 years, and the search feature allows the user to choose exactly what they want and need at that moment in time. I have barely used it in 2025 for this reason, and I was using it 3-5/week. Will this be corrected?

Hallelujah! They finally fixed the glitch on the home screen! I deleted my old review because now it deserves 5 stars instead of 3 :) That drove me crazy because the home screen with all of the suggested classes, live classes, etc was useless before. I've always absolutely loved the class options and all of the filters and now it's perfect!
I paid for this app and it kept logging me out and I couldn't use any of its features. Money wasted!

Couldn't even access after getting confirmation that my payment had been processed. Contacted Glo but their response was confusing - apparently their system doesn't sync up with google play store, which seems ridiculous? Like, we even offer it on play store if you can't sync with it! Subscription cancelled without even accessing the free trial

The actual yoga is great, but the app UI is embarrassing. The homepage flashes constantly, resetting to the top if you try to scroll. They just released a new January Challenge but it is only for iOS?! Why are Android users second class citizens, Glo? Android has a huge market share, so why are we getting a subpar product? The phenomenal teachers you have working for you deserve a better app to showcase their classes.
Starting off where i needed to select my goals, someone clearly valued aesthetic over effective design, opting to use variable size, MOVING orbs I had to drag back and forth to be able to click. This did not fill me with hope for the app. The app would NOT let me progress without allowing/diallowing notifications instead of striaght up not opening that option because i didnt want to turn it on. The main page was also constantly refreshing and resetting once i got into it...
'For You' page blinks continuously. Other app behaviors suggest developer is not versed on Android platform. Glo is apologizing for problems, not fixing them. Shame, shame Glo!

Not sure if it was a recent app update, but it's pretty broken. I could barely log in because the screen kept refreshing. The home screen is entirely unusable due to refreshing constantly. This is way too expensive of a subscription to keep if the app doesn't work.
there are some very high-quality yoga teachers on this site. unfortunately the site itself is a bit glitchy I've taken away one star from this app despite the excellent teachers on my tablet it flickers constantly and makes it almost impossible to select a class. I have to select classes on my phone and put them into my favorites and then try and find them on my tablet so I can do them. Very glitchy app unfortunate considering what quality teachers are on here

If you click on a class to read description, it takes you back to the beginning of the list. Mindless scrolling when I'd rather be doing yoga. Downloads take a long time, hours. Update: 11/11/2024, similar to other reviews, the android app even on a newer phone is really glitchy. Homepage flashes non-stop. You can't scroll without being pushed to the top of the page. This has been going on for years, and no fix. Dissapointing, given how much yearly subscription is.

It has many issues on android.. it works perfectly on iOS. But serious attention is needed for android users. It gets stuck on every search... I does not display the first screen correctly and during streaming, some issues with full screen functionality and audio.. really disappointing that they do not put attention to android

This app still has issues with casting and its search function since my previous review in June. I still use the service every day, but via their website rather than their app. This is disappointing.

I'm a long time glo user, great teachers and lots of styles, well curated. The app is generally really useful. The one issue is that the homepage won't stop flickering and resetting to the top of the page. It's impossible to scroll. Any suggestions for a fix? I'm on a recent (pixel) phone. Classes and instructors are great. The app has a big problem for me. When I full-screen and rotate there is a large grey bar at the top of the screen making the video small. Easier to just use the website where this isn't a problem.

Just signed up. The website is great but the app is terrible!! All it does is jump around and buffer constantly. Very disappointed because I really looked forward to using the meditation timer. 7 day trial...hmmm
