I would never recommend this to anyone. Super glitchy, customer service is practically non existent with how they give you the run around, and the company expects it's AI to fix everything. one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a while.

I used this app last year to lose 40 lbs and have kept it off. I've tried restarting with this app to lose more but the app does not work anymore, it's been completely changed. can't log any food as it won't load. none of the trouble shooting works. can't change calorie goals. very disappointed

It was not helpful for me and I haven't used it for months. I thought that I had canceled it. When the renewal charge came through today, I contacted customer service immediately. There is absolutely no grace period and they won't refund my $100.

Just updated my phone and I am beyond frustrated. I've beenbusung Noom for 7 years (paid for the first 6 months, free data and maintenance since) and now with my new phone, I can't access my account. I have 7 years of weight loss and maintenance and want to keep track in a system I know works for me, but I will not open a new acct just to connect. The app doesn't do what it used to, so definitely not paying for it, but consistent counts and my weight history would be nice to use.

Oh my gawd, Noom is in shambles since I last used it. It takes forever for anything to load, to put in weight, no clue how to use the food diary or even log in. I used this app for two years a couple of years back, and it was nowhere near this bad.

I've lost 200 lbs (NOT with Noom) but decided to give this a shot my last 50 lbs. Not only did it flag about half of my meals from my nutritionist as a yellow and orange, it has 0 care or ability to understand supplements, like my collagen powder since I'm in menopause. BUT....my last straw was when I took a picture of my cup of spinach and arugula, scattered on my plate and topped with an apple and it graded it a red food. I'm sorry. What? I used this app religiously for 109 days and then it stopped tracking my steps. Also after using it for all that time I still didn't have enough points for even a $5 app. This app is definitely not as it claims

this app is very different than it was 6 years ago. back then it was free, user interface was easier, the free version even offered recipes for you to browse to help with meal planning. now this app is a complete money grab, more expensive than all of the other calorie tracking apps (others are $80 a year and nooms most basic upgrade is well over $100 for only eight months) very disappointing to see what the devs have done with this app and the greed they hold over those trying to loose weight.

Good idea, but the actual app functionality is awful. Constantly doesn't load or tells you "Something unexpected happened, try again!" I mainly just use this as a pedometer these days because that's all it really does and even that often doesn't track properly. I walked a mile and a half the other day and it registered 16 steps.

Downloaded version 14.8.0 and subscribed to the app last week. I've been logging meals everyday. However, I can't go back and review my past meals despite following the instructions given by the Help chatbot, grrrr, a very frustrating experience! The past calorie counts are different despite having the same exact breakfast, which is what prompted me to want to review my past meal logs. I googled this issue and there are others complaining about the same thing. And I'm paying for this?!

Got this free with my health insurance and was excited, but quickly became disappointed and frustrated. They just assume that joint pain is because of weight -- no, I have Lyme arthritis. Okay fine, I've dealt with that for years, but then I found out that their recipe search does not have an option to filter for allergies other than dairy or peanuts. Final straw was that Android doesn't have the option to create a meal. Free apps have that and Noom doesn't? Total waste of my time.

I have to use this to get my meds through my employer. im familiar with carb manager and myfitnespal and both of those apps are far superior to this one. Carb Manager is much better at logging food and meals than this one.

Unreliable and overpriced. Critical features like 'Art Break' are perpetually stuck loading, and the food database is broken—it frequently fails to display my everyday meals. For a paid app, this level of performance is unacceptable.

I used Noom years ago and loved the app. The personalized coaching provided human support, and the use of psychology for food choices worked. I lost weight and was thrilled. I ended my subscription solely due to the cost, but missed it ever since. I recently re-downloaded the app and was considering paying for another subscription - until I saw that Noom has become just another disgusting shill company marketing GLP-1's and laying off coaches for AI. This company is repulsive.

I used this app a while back as it's advertised as being about developing a healthy relationship with food, but it's just expensive calorie counting and (often severe) restriction with a patronising tone of voice. It put me on a 1000 calorie a day diet, which is unsustainable and borderline dangerous. They make it difficult to unsubscribe. There's better calorie/nutrient tracking apps available for free that don't suggest developing or relapsing into an eating disorder.

Do not use Noom especially for GPL1. their customer service is non-existence besides non-stop chatbots that get back to you with nothing but fluff. I received a damaged shipment 3 weeks ago and still cannot get an answer about a replacement and or a refund on this prescription even though I have offered several times since day one to return what they sent me I have sent them multiple photographs of what happened in the shipment and still I cannot talk a live person.

a few years ago I'd actually been recommending the app to peeps cuz it seemed helpful. now? yeah it is super invasive and a lot of the base features that were free are locked. so i am finding a different calorie tracker. thanks for literally nothing

horrible app design. I made an account then second guessed myself as this was not the app I wanted to try. there was no delete account button. I had to talk to some AI to "delete" my account. says it's going to take 30 days to delete? horrible app
