My favorite sleep app. I would give a five star if you add an alarm feature that assists with waking during ideal sleep cycles. If you really want to go above and beyond, allow a partner to sync data so they can see what sleep cycle you are in so that they know when best to wake you. Also having the option to keep phone in do not disturb during REM or a specified sleep cycle would be very helpful.

I have used and loved this app since I got my watch a few years ago. BUT now have issues with the heart rate monitor not being accurate. Is this a known problem?

I like it but since the latest update, the app no longer tracks steps in real time. It only updates every few minutes or after a few hundred steps, which is frustrating and feels inaccurate. Please fix this. Re: I don't use any wearables.

I like that I can have a widget for steps, activity and sleep, but I wish there were more widgets for food tracking, weight and cycle tracking

My watch is connected to my phone but I can't start my running coach after filling in the necessary details, then I try to start my running coach it says connect tp your watch and try again later even if i disconnectny watch and connect to it again it says the same thing. what is the cause for this and how can I fix it?
I wish more than anything that an update would let you plan calorie counting for the future. It would make the app more user friendly and help meal plan. So far its the only down side I've found.

Not showing the real-time step, it's showing a delay, after update
it's kinda heplful
I really like the app. I've used it while dieting, with my Galaxy watch to track sleep, & check my heart rates throughout the day. I would like to make one recommendation. The app changed the data during sleep for blood O2 to an average. It used to show highs and lows, & show the lowest overnight. That setup helped me realize how bad my sleep apnea was. It showed upper 70s at times. Sleep study later confirmed it, & now I have a bipap. Please consider showing low O2 in the data again.
