Auto-sync is not great. The integration with Health Cinnect is very poorly done and unreliable.

Ring seems to work. Only on day 2 and the app is already failing to load. Disappointed more than likely returning to due app not functioning properly.

worked until it didn't. Galaxy 8 watch suddenly has no EKG monitor which is WHY I got the watch. Heart rate is mildly inaccurate (compared in the ER real time). what happened Samsung??

App stops counting your streak when you reach 4 weeks. No amount of reinstalling or resetting fixes it. No longer use it and will not buy another watch.
ok overall but managing the device on Pixel is a pain as it tries to open a Galaxy Wesrable which is not compatible, gets to the store. you need to add a shortcut to the Galaxy wearable it installed itself to get to the Galaxy Band.

from March 2026, step and calories counter numbers are a joke...before that this app was damn good
where's the food diary widget? Sleep tracker broken. Samsung makes you put a sim card in your phone, for identity purposes, to use the ECG&you have to hack it to turn it on otherwise.They falsely advertised these features when selling it.Add ability to add custom foods to barcode.Why dont the foods I manually add crowdsourc with fatsecret's main database (not cool using their database&contributing nothing back, Samsung)? should be a screen to compare calorie intake with estimated calories burned

It's stopped showing my elevation gain when mountain biking, this stat is very important to me. I contacted the developer and got a pretty useless answer that I couldn't even reply to, that shows they don't really want to address people's concerns. The funny thing is that the elevation gain does show up on Strava so the watch is recording it all but the app won't display it. Fix it now please.
Frustrated with the bad sleep tracking. Watch 8 and app is as bad as my previous watch. If I sit or lie down on the couch for a bit it records I'm sleeping (even if I'm actively using the phone!), while in the morning the problem is opposite and it will often either just stop a while before I actually wake, or more often split the night sleep into two, and then then last part is just counted as a nap. My Huawei Watch and app has no such issues and just about always registers correct sleep.

This app does not track well at all. I can be active for over an hour and it will say I was only active for 15 minutes. Doest track my steps correctly either.

recent update has worsen the step counter. its no longer real time. even after taking 100 steps, the step counter stays frozen. kindly fix this !
doesnt update my steps for some reason, like at all, not later, never. its the only thing i care abou in this app and since the last update it doesnt track anymore, also cycle tracking doesnt work.

Don't believe it's tracking my calories correctly anymore. 165cm male, 54 years....reports 8500 steps as <250 calories, other apps (and Google AI) report as 350+. It used to be in line with that calculation, changed sometime last year. Also, counter only being increment in jumps every 5 minutes or so, no idea if it's accurate. Using another app now. S24 user.
The FDA recently allowed apps to take blood pressure readings. When will this app be updated?

like app but really dislike my steps not being updated on real time, goodness knows why this was removed. Should have been given an option. 2 stars due to this as I really dislike, else would have been an easy 5*. Poor
great app, but, Samsung doesn't know users love tracking their naps. very important.
