Horrible! With each update there's more and more issues. Last update messed up the step counting by not picking up until you go at least 10 steps. Now this last update 3/2026 the step count doesn't start at 10 steps it starts whenever it wants and isn't accurate. I wear a health tracker watch that is accurate and the Samsung Health app is ALWAYS at least 4k behind. I use this app to help with my doctor visits to keep up with my activities but it doesn't! This needs to be fixed immediately!

after last update not recording steps right , i.e. Samsung records 800 steps in 6 minutes of activity while Google fit recorded over 2000 steps for the same period which was 20 minutes not 6 minutes

now the worst ever app not going to use it any more see why less people are doing the monthly challenge I have done more steps then a friend in my top 6 and after midnight she she goes above ne why is that I walk more step every day when my samsung watch dead glad I did not buy another samsung watch steps need to be sorted out if I could put no stars i would . I don't care about sleep on the app the worst ever app getting to be the worst app ever dont care if I do daily targets any more

Will send ads as notifications just fine but the medication reminder does not work half the time. Fine for step tracking but anything else they seem to prioritize making money over keeping you healthy.

Sporadic Run Tracking. It does not measure the proper distance, measures maybe 1km, but when viewing on another map app I had ran 2.5km

Got a new phone, 3a nothing, it counts steps only when feeling like it. Counting and then stopping on some numbers, restarting doesn't help. Guess I have to switch.

what is going on with the minutes part of the app (exercise)? steps and calories are counting, but exercise time is not working. please look into this. Here again. 10,434 steps, 317kcal, 0 mins. WHAT EXACTLY IS WRONG??? Can you guys please fix this? I'd hate for it to record as my not meeting my target. I have complained about this thing before yet nothing has been done. Update: absolutely nothing has yet been done since I made this complaint.

This app is wildly inaccurate after recent updates. It has made my watch useless from a health monitoring perspective - which is why I bought it. So very unlike Samsung; who are usually excellent.

I use this to do various tracking. Nothing is accurate anymore. I'm being asked if I want to end my pregnancy tracking?? I know that 1 star is probably the only way the poor updates get reviewed.

This app makes some of the dumbest, yup the absolute dumbest suggestions. Example: I get up at 5:30 a.m. It suggests I go to bed at 6:30 in the evening.😳🤯 NONE of the health suggestions that it's given me so far would help, and it constantly fails. FYI, I'm normally a Samsung girl because it's usually rather reliable. Just not this app. I'm going back to Fitbit. Not as many features but usually reliable. I was asked to updated my review after the automated response. It's not better.

Tried to download my personal data. it requires 2FA. Sent an email verification. I clicked the button to verify. But the POS app doesn't acknowledge the verification and won't let me download it. I repeat the steps with the same results... FAIL.

Move the search bar back up where it belongs. This one change has made entering food needlessly difficult. Search bars belong up top. Don't be tech illiterate.

It's pretty terrible and a waste of money. I regret buying the watch as my cheap watch from Amazon was more accurate. It told me my sleeping O2 was extremely low. I paid for a sleep study and it's just fine. It tells me that my heart rate dips in the 30s. I have had multiple EKGs and testing and my heart is just fine. I constantly get high stress alerts when I am doing nothing and feel fine. Basically, it's cost me a ton of money. It's good for the time. That's about it. Huge disappointment.

The generic search feature for adding food is rubbish. For example, the same food is listed more than once all with different caloric values, how ? Since the update there are now 2 additional steps for searching food 🥴. Water keeps defaulting to floz. Very annoying workout routines keep appearing. Keeps adding features to the home layout after I have removed them. Unfortunately I am tied into the Samsung echo system so can't change unless I want to start from scratch 😫

genuine data farming slop. its useless. the sleep records are inaccurate, the recommendations tell you to go to bed in the middle of the day. I dont get off work until 4pm but it wants me to go to bed at 2pm? its only purpose is to act as a health app while farming you for data. they dont even try to keep it a functioning app anymore. do not use as a reliable health app.

I cant believe it stopped tracking my metrics after I disabled notifications and alarms. I don't want the intrusive reminders to do steps. This one thing makes the app unusable.

with newly updated program , the pedometer was not collecting actual steps when network was not avail, or in mobile screen was in off. loosing energy of 10 minutes out of 55 min walking. till last February app is good. now this app damaging energy. per minute i usually steps more than 115 per minute. now it's counting only when screen on, and stops reading pedometer when signal not covered in some areas

whatever Samsung product you have returned it today. uninstall this app return your Samsung products and never buy them again. do not buy anything from Samsung do not use their products do not use their apps do not touch anything from Samsung. you are getting overpriced Advil garbage that does nothing but harvest your data and barely function. this app is useless consistently wrong and it's nothing but ads when you open it. do not buy anything from Samsung ever.

Just recently the step counter is no longer showing number of steps taken real time, it usually takes about 20 minutes to reflect and not accurately counted.

Horrible update on the steps tracking system. Caused more problems than help for all my family members. Disappointingly, I had to reinstall the November version because the newer ones absolutely sucks.
