I generally love this app but this month I tried to enter my period start date and it asked if I was no longer pregnant and to contact a doctor. I've never been pregnant while using this app and it won't let me enter any data regarding my period. frustrating
Been using this app for years as my step counter. About a month ago, some update made it worse. It doesn't track every step like it used to but now updates every few minutes are so. Completely useless now as a step tracker.

Bring back real-time steps counting!!! It's no longer counting my steps accurately, even though I don't have any other devices. I used to love this app, but it's useless for me & many others now. Lots of people are unhappy about this recent update.
im struggling to get this app to automatically record when i do ny daily bike commute. permission are enabled, it seems to record steps, what am I doing wrong?

Not working ever since I did the update half the time it shows it doesn't even do anything. Now it's even worse it doesn't work at all very horrible I have to use a different app just to track my steps.

it used to be a great app. Used the step counter for many years. Now totally unreliable as the step counter works in fits and starts. In blocks in 100 or 200 steps. Is impossible to track steps against a target. Most unfortunate. No reply. So uninstalled.
never seen an uglier widget than this one with heart. amazing that Samsung released this ugliness
not accurate
I bought the watch in order to take my blood pressure. the watch sends you to this app when blood pressure is selected. however there is no ability to take blood pressure via the app. ( no selection for blood pressure). why?

I don't like this app anymore because its automatically count the daily activity and steps count. I've try many times, there's no way to pause it. please, fix the app.
Removal of real-time step counter was very disappointing
This used to be free!!!
Bring the old version back when it would count every step in real time. Now, you have to manually wait and sync until the app decides its time to update. Very frustrating. Don't fix what's not broken please.

why did you get rid of the live step tracking?! i have to meet a certain step goal per day and now the tracker doesnt update live but every few minutes. This leads to an inaccurate step count for the day as a result of ahowing excessive steps than actually walked leading to people assuming they reached their goals. a bad move on samsungs part and why people are switching to apple phones. terrible. until they fix this, I will not remove my one star and refused to buy a samsung watch.

terrible app it use to track all my sleeping time things perfect but now when I go to sleep and wake up it doesn't track them anymore. I tried to delete the app and get it back but it doesn't work still fix this problem ASAP
some of my steps are missing from 2nd of April. It was over 11k. Now I checked today and it is saying 7k. luckily I screenshotted te correct steps at the end of the day on the 2nd.
Verlangt Berechtigung f. Handy-Zugriff, angeblich zwecks 2-Faktoren-Authentifizierung. Man kann dieses Feature auch nicht überspringen, sondern ist gezwungen (!), seine Nummer Preis zu geben. Zusätzlich kann man keine Health-Widgets in Herzform mehr aktivieren, die KEINE genauen Zahlen über z.B. zurückgelegte Schritte anzeigen. Schade, war früher eine gute App.😞
You say you can pause tracking but you can't. Does not give you the option. You fix this problem and I'll re-download it again

Додаток перестав бути надійним щодо трекінгу і запису храпу. Я точно знаю, що пів ночі хропів, а додаток каже, що я хропів лише одну хвилину. Такого раніше не було. Умови запису не помінялись, телефон лежить достатньо близько. Ви щось поміняли в алгоритмах на гірше.
every. single. element of this app has major problems. NOTHING is accurate. do not waste your time! the developers have abandoned this app and refuse to fix the mountains of issues despite endless complaints. they have a reply bot but that gets you nowhere. I don't see any positive reviews anymore. they don't care at all. prove me wrong
