While the app is easy to use and schedule appointments, I've had previous issues regarding choosing the locations to donate, as well as rescheduling when I've missed the slotted time. I would suggest a delete all messages button on the messages because it is tedious to click delete for each single message notification. Honestly, I'd rate the app a 3 and a 1/2 out of 5. BioLife centers? 10/10, especially the Joliet center, for helping when the app doesn't work.
I had a false positive which resulted in me being deferred soon after I got a blood test for my doctor and my blood test were negative. my ability to make the kind of money that BioLife provides for a donation and I missed out on that money in which I really needed because of a false positive from your company

After the most recent update I can no longer book appointments on the app. I can go through every step, picking the date and time but when I scroll down to confirm it's always grayed out and can't select it. So I end up having to go and use the website instead

convienent and easy to navigate platform that allows me too schedule same day appointments when I least exspect it. instead of waiting at the gas pump, I can click on the Biolife icon that brings me to my balance of what I can spend with no worry to decline payment. I love this way of communication that allows me to better understand my rewards program, the goals to earn points and any messages from the team.

I like this place. They are very friendly and treat you right. Jhanee ,Kandice, and jamisha were very nice to me on my first visit. But the whole staff is awesome

The confirmation button for scheduling appointments doesn't highlight. I'm having to use the web browser which is inconvenient. Beyond that, my experience with BioLife has been great.
They latest update requires permission to run in the background...huh No. #notsellingmydata
The app tells me it needs updating, but it won't update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. Basically, I can't do anything with the app right now. Very frustrating. Besides the app, everyone at the Mesquite location are awesome.
