they start off good with the pay now it's a waste. $100 a week SMH, and now I'm having trouble with the app. it's updated but my donate dates are not uploading, and my points not moving
everyone is so nice. and overall a great place to donate
tried to sell plasma 4 times, always one reason or another I could not close the deal. by the looks of things, some people have success, for me it was a Total waste of time and money.

Im in the middle on this app Have been donating for 2 years now with Biolife but the App itself every 1-2 months i have to delete the App then go to Google Play and install the App again as it rejects my password for me trying to log on to schedule a new appointment Its not me nor my password it is the App itself that has its glitches
I donated on a Monday, and it won't let me set an appointment for Wednesday. The message says "Sorry, you cannot donate more than 2 times in 7 days. This wasn't a problem before.

I had a problem with a staff.. ( Brittany) putting the needle in to deep causing a lot of pain when I told her she got an attitude with me and said it's barley in. seemed like she had no clue as to what she was doing.Also she didn't get the needle in my husband deep enough so he bled all over the place .Other than that one time no problems.

They make you think your going get the rewards 800 for first time donors but secret is you have do 2 sessions after your physical but then when come time something will stop you from comng back the nurse will do poke youwrong give you bruse n you won't be seen they will come up with somthng to prevent you from comng in n if you don't come in you won't have enough donations to get rewards pay attention colors cards they give there fraud not once have they paid anyone out that $

I don't know about the app because I downloaded it I rode over there and was I couldn't donate because I have tattoos in the area that they want to work it.. seriously. I used to take blood out of dogs, you think you can see the vein there, no. it's very disappointed. thank you for wasting 4 hours of my day. everyone was really nice at the place except the girl that told me no because of my tattoos.
