they start off good with the pay now it's a waste. $100 a week SMH, and now I'm having trouble with the app. it's updated but my donate dates are not uploading, and my points not moving
I donated on a Monday, and it won't let me set an appointment for Wednesday. The message says "Sorry, you cannot donate more than 2 times in 7 days. This wasn't a problem before.
donation of plasma should be banned 🚫 in the states.
The app pretends I overdraft. I'm watching my balance to T and spending my money according to how much money I get. $15 disappeared. Edit, the money came back! 😅 Bio life app does not show all transactions. And I have to make multiple donation appts days in advancd to get in 2 days a week. Biolife app offers only 3 day time frame, for $50 first day and $65-$70 2nd day. The better offer expires before I can donate in time. BioL make $3,5k per donation and pay me $50. A complete rip off.
It used to work fine, the update ruined this app. No ability to schedule or change appointments. Fix it.
they lure you in talking about up to $800 a month but you barely even get 600. out of the 10 times I've donated seven of those times they've had to poke me in both arms and prodding around like rookies. nobody should have to be poked multiple times and endure that much pain every single time is not worth the $40 and $60 they pay you after the false bribe they tell you to get you in and then they reduce your pay after your first month. it's not worth the pain and suffering.
Messages on the app are coming in as "invalid date"--when I get a message with incentive to come back to donate after a long absence, I click on the link and it brings me to an invalid coupon with no info or visible promo code. I reached out to support but have heard nothing.
its dificult to cancel an appointment
After the most recent update I can no longer book appointments on the app. I can go through every step, picking the date and time but when I scroll down to confirm it's always grayed out and can't select it. So I end up having to go and use the website instead
The confirmation button for scheduling appointments doesn't highlight. I'm having to use the web browser which is inconvenient. Beyond that, my experience with BioLife has been great.
The app tells me it needs updating, but it won't update. I've uninstalled and reinstalled with the same issue. Basically, I can't do anything with the app right now. Very frustrating. Besides the app, everyone at the Mesquite location are awesome.
