so I called my local BioLife and there was no option to talk to a person it just said to set up appointments thru the app but it's my first time donating and it has no option for me to do so in app so what do y'all want me to do ?? I'm just going to go to octapharma and call it a day

BioLife has always been a good place to donate I really appreciate how the stuff treats you also I like how they are very attentive to your health and taking tests on you every 6 months

The app pretends I overdraft. I'm watching my balance to T and spending my money according to how much money I get. $15 disappeared. Edit, the money came back! 😅 Bio life app does not show all transactions. And I have to make multiple donation appts days in advancd to get in 2 days a week. Biolife app offers only 3 day time frame, for $50 first day and $65-$70 2nd day. The better offer expires before I can donate in time. BioL make $3,5k per donation and pay me $50. A complete rip off.

Supervisor Jolie was highly professional in the call of her duty,making my experience highly exceptional. I was relaxed the entire time,no pain or irritation. I felt like I was in a five star hospital best in the world.I highly recommended supervisor Jolie for any other necessary promotion also she's doing an exceptional job also in training managing other co worker's in training process she is the role model for others to follow.
difficulties breathing from diesel gas / smoke in the air in donations facility .simply unpleasant today at biolife plasma center. concerning my respiratory.

The staff is super friendly and courteous and professional but they won't let me donate plasma because I'm not worthy of it I'm too old when they think I have Parkinson's disease with the doctor said I don't so I guess I just can't help people
Everyone at Biolife are Rockstars! Friendly, competent & professional workers! Thank you for all you do! ( there is one Nurse there that is a little full of herself, but that's ok - we can all be bigger than that behavior & not let her ruin our day)

It was very easy.
The app no longer works on my android phone. ITs solution has been to open a new email account, but I can't open the app to change my email. That information is second hand through my center's manager since I have not been contacted by the IT department in the two weeks since initiating my ticket.

everyone was very polite the interior was clean. and the machines was spotless and they wiped down everything after everybody was done and they checked on us make sure we were good I can't say enough good things right now

I can't even log in to the app. I've been donating here for months, and I have to use the web page in my browser to schedule or check my balance. Every time I try to log in, it wants a verification code, I enter the code, but the button to submit is never active. It just has a loading circle on it and never lets me submit the code. From other reviews, it seems like it has a ton of other problems as well, so I guess I'll just stick with using the website.

they lure you in talking about up to $800 a month but you barely even get 600. out of the 10 times I've donated seven of those times they've had to poke me in both arms and prodding around like rookies. nobody should have to be poked multiple times and endure that much pain every single time is not worth the $40 and $60 they pay you after the false bribe they tell you to get you in and then they reduce your pay after your first month. it's not worth the pain and suffering.
Didn't recognize the confirmation code it sent me to log in and now won't even attempt to log in at all.
it wasted of time going there and they should give me compensation for traveling there and I drove 45 mins to get there and they gave me bunch of excuses and I donated 45 units last year
Messages on the app are coming in as "invalid date"--when I get a message with incentive to come back to donate after a long absence, I click on the link and it brings me to an invalid coupon with no info or visible promo code. I reached out to support but have heard nothing.
