You pay Premium, and every time open the app, an upgrade to lifetime "ad" is the first thing you see. Lacking features a journal should have. No ability to add anything after the fact. Adjust sleep at the source, it does not come through, and you can't edit it either. Without these abilities, true tracking of daily events is not consistent nor fully achievable.
Developer response
Thanks for sharing. You can turn off push notifications in your phone settings — your subscription won’t change. Journal edits are limited, and sleep data comes from Samsung Health/Health Connect, so please check permissions. If it still doesn’t sync, contact us via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. If something in the app isn’t landing for you, we’d love to help you get more out of it, whether it’s understanding your Wellness insights or checking your data sources. You can always explore our Help Center at https://help.welltory.com/ for quick guidance.
nice, but sometimes you finger get too hot, i think it's better if you get a device, which i don't have, so I'll be taking it off.
Developer response
Thanks for sharing this. Phone flashes can warm up quickly, and that can be uncomfortable. You can reduce the heat by lifting your finger slightly or covering part of the flash. If your phone’s flash sits far from the camera, a Samsung Watch or compatible HR monitor will work better. Let us know if you need help.
my heart rate varibility is 9/9 but health sohws 45% how is it possible if all matrix are normal is there ant other scince or fake app
Developer response
Thanks for sharing this. A high HRV score can still come with a lower Health % because that metric reflects how your HRV compares to both population norms and your own baseline. Even small deviations or low‑quality readings can lower it. Our science is here: https://welltory.com/science/.
It's ok but not sure if it's worth the premium subscription
Developer response
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Premium is optional, and many people stick with the free version to take daily HRV measurements and get a sense of their body state. You can also use the trial first to see if the extra analytics feel useful for you. If you have questions, our Help Center is at https://help.welltory.com/.
Still trying it out
Developer response
Thanks for sharing your early thoughts. As you explore, please note that the free version lets you take daily HRV measurements, while the trial briefly shows some Premium features so you can see what they do. Take your time getting a feel for it, and you can find more details in Menu → Help Center.
the app itself is great. However, if you are considering buying a yearly subscription solely in order to get rid of the annoying ads: don't. Even as a paid subscription, you are still afflicted with ads for the lifetime membership. Not even just an ad on a banner, no. every time I open the app I must click out of an ad before I can even load the default screen. If the app were mediocre, I would have already dropped it like a hot potato. I still consider it when the ads are intrusive.
Developer response
Thank you for sharing this, and we get how frustrating it feels when something pops up before you can dive into your data. You can switch off push notifications in your phone settings, and if anything still gets in the way, please reach out to us via Menu → scroll down → Report a problem so we can look into it.
Still Not working on the pixel watch anymore 😕 This was a great app
Developer response
Thanks for sharing your experience. At the moment, HRV measurements from Pixel watches aren’t supported due to restrictions on Google’s side. We’re actively working with them, but some parts of the solution depend on Google. We’ll definitely keep users posted as soon as there’s any progress. We appreciate your patience.
Seems to be real measurement... But expensive
Developer response
Thanks for your feedback 💙 We’re glad the measurements feel accurate, as that’s something we work hard on. As for pricing, we understand it’s an investment. The subscription supports ongoing research, updates, and new features.
App is a great idea. But it doesn't factor in the different life stages humans go through or elevate what the graphs are trying to say. Eg, I am a mother of 2 small kids and breastfeeding. So naturally my kids will wake me several times at night. Comparing my data results to an ideal benchmark of someone with no kids or breastfeeding isn't helpful (and in the process making me feel like a failure). Telling me consistently I am tired isn't helpful. It doesn't work enough with who I am.
Developer response
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We hear you — life stages like parenting and breastfeeding can significantly impact your data. Our app uses general benchmarks, but we're working on making insights more personalized. Please note, Welltory isn't a medical app. For tailored advice, consult your healthcare provider.
