money hungry, they post pretty charts but hound you bybtaking the primary space to push for bigger and longer subscriptions. every time I log on they push banners ads even tho im a premium member. i asked them to remove 3x and 3x they said they wpuld and never do. this is a greedy company and the info is already produced by my watch so ot is really useless. stay away. UPDATE: now have several emails but today they are back at high pressure upgrade work and taking over the prime screen.

If I could give them zero stars, I would, but I can't it was working well and it was a five star app to the point where I started to pay for the paid version. the paid version was phenomenal until they started charging me to make the app. Run like the free version. I reached out the customer service multiple times and all they had to tell me. Was that there was no account with the email? Which is funny because I signed up for the pro version through Google itself. stick to free paid=free 😑

Phone light burns my finger while reading. Not user friendly. Cannot recommend. Avoid, this could cause serious burn.

Thank you for sharing this, and we’re really sorry the light felt so harsh. Some Android flashes get very hot, so you can try keeping your finger 1–2 mm above the flash or covering only part of it to reduce heat. Hope this helps.

Rubbish. I got sick and my heart rate was elevated for days. Garmin picked it up and showed my sleep quality was terrible as I wasn't sleeping properly. Welltory said I "recovered pretty well overnight" and gave me green lights. Info from my Garmin feeds Welltory. How could they get it so wrong? EDIT: Appreciate the response from Welltory. It would be useful to state only incomplete info is received from Garmin. I'm not buying new tech just for this app. So all previous readings were innacurate

Thanks for adding more context. Garmin shares only steps, calories, sleep duration, and heart rate ranges via Health Connect, so our reports rely on partial data. Horrendous UI, confusing layout and utterly horrific monthly subscription prices. Why anyone would pay vast amounts of money, to get bombarded with endless notifications and childlike messaging is beyond me. Samsung Health does the same job better for free.

This app keeps telling you to not move the arm when your arm is not moving and it keeps losing signal when the Smartwatch is right next to the phone so I would not recommend downloading this app until it gets fixed.

this app has such promise but it simply doesn't work. since paying for the premium account, I have had six days of insights and three weeks (and counting) of hanging data that doesn't refresh. I've followed their advice to uninstall and reinstall the app and the data still isn't there. tech help has ended and nothing further is being done. save your money and do not pay for this app, it doesn't work.

I couldn't get Garmin connected. There was only a link to buy one, not connect. I also couldn't connect to Health Connect, the connection link was grayed out. It would not detect my finger over the camera lens. Nothing seemed to work. Uninstalled.

I have the gold standard Polar HR strap for my HR and I am forced during the onboarding process to use my finger? Uninstalled

The APP promise a lot, but it is too complicated. One might have to live for the APP to make it work, because otherwise it seems to me that it is a promise in the air. Too many charts, too many drawings, too much, but too difficult to understand! I don't recommend it!

Since paying for premium subscription the app doesn't work. The last update to any of my exercise information was the morning I upgraded. I got a response from their support but this didn't work and they no longer reply. There are also messages to pay for further updates. All in all....a complete waste of money.
