Love the idea but execution isn't great. Multiple times, it's failed to update my sleep debt and/or energy level based on manual updates to detected sleep or from naps. This inconsistency is very frustrating and don't get me started with the widget that doesn't match what the app says (e.g. tells me I have 11 hours of wind down when the app says I'm in my afternoon dip). It only showed me the yearly subscription during my trial, so I guess I have another 11 months of trying to make this work.

Ux and Ui is good, but service got absolutely lost when I entered my now logs. It is completely broken and giving me line of activity of yesterday. It is just cyber bulling of another level. Hope you fix it before my trial ends. Thank you

Exemplary customer service. I had a small hitch where I paid for my free subscription on my laptop but then installed the app on my phone, which tried to get me to pay again for a subscription and had no way of syncing the account I'd set up on my laptop. I contacted CS and heard back from them within a day, by which time the problem had sorted itself out. Still, they were very apologetic and extended my free 1 week trial to 3 months to make up for the hassle! The app itself is great.

I have found this app helpful as I need to set good sleep habits. I like that it actually helps me reduce my worry about sleep as it focuses on sleep debt over sleep quality. This relieves some pressure about the feeling that you have to sleep perfectly, which for me creates a positive feedback loop. While the app seems to be the same thing every day I use it to support disciplined sleep hygiene and I find the energy levels map to be accurate.

very poor sleep tracking, wildly innacurate detection of sleep times. app creates innacurate sleep times and misses naps despite tracking the phone movement. users cannot turn off phone motion detection to parse data only from smartwatch. Good attempt, fun idea, but fails to be accurate. try try again you app makers :) .

Did questionnaire, connect my FitBit, get to a screen that tells me all these wonderful things the app is going to do to improve my life then...nothing. It won't let me go any further. It doesn't ask for money or say anything about a free trial. Then I get messages 2-3 times a day about sleep debt & energy peaks that make no sense. If I'm going to bed at the time it tells me to go to bed & waking when it says I should, how do I have a sleep debt of 9 hrs in 2 days being on my phone. Deleting...

I became familiar with this app reviewing a social media ad/survey. I am very happy with the improvements it is making on my health, especially cortisol reduction as my sleep habits improve. It reminds me to go to sleep - it reminds me how to wind down. The transition from bad habits to better sleep is not overnight. I am one month in and have the "wind down, melatonin window" improved but still need to work on energy windows and wake up time. Improvements: daily notes section

Fairly decent, as long as you can keep up on updating the app for sleep and wake times it seems to be pretty accurate as far as energy potential throughout the day. My biggest complaint/wish is there needs to be a built in alarm clock to work in tandem with the optimal wake time associated to your alarm. If it's supposed to be tracking sleep cycles it should also know the best time to wake. I also don't like that it couples your weekday awake time and weekend awake time for when you should sleep

I was very optimistic about using this app, even if I needed to pay a small monthly subscription fee... Unfortunately, it freezes on the Samsung Galaxy. I tried multiple times yesterday and today to get it to work, but it freezes at the same spot (Get Started) every time. I uninstalled it. Let me know when this is fixed and I might try it again.

I was just charged for the Rise Sleep Tracker subscription even though my promotional/free trial period had not yet expired. The payment was automatically taken from my card without any prior notice. increasingly frustrated with this app. For reference I am a doctor with a bioengineering degree so not critiquing without basis. I love the premise, but the decay pattern from impact of lost sleep seems arbitrary. The app feels well made but half finished. No option for historical data further than 2weeks. No option to customise presentation of data. Infuriating insistence on requesting permissions EVERY TIME THE APP IS OPENED STOP IT PLEASE. Critique limited by character count

Not made for 3rd shift workers. I dont get to bed until 9AM and they dont even an option past 630AM for "go to bed" times.

I tried this out for a few days to see if it would help or do better than the Oura ring, but sadly it does not. It gives decent insight, but the ring does a few more things that this app doesn't seem to do.

Really wanted to try it but I live a third shift life and the time parameters for going to bed and waking up didn't even cover the times I go to bed and wake up so pointless for me I guess.

I love this app and used it until I switched to a Galaxy watch. The Galaxy Watch just has to better features. What is a bummer is that this app doesn't work with Samsung Health. There is no sync in the data like with Fitbit. So I've had to cancel my subscription. I hope that someday you guys will integrate with Samsung. I really loved your app and it helped me a lot.

During my free trial, the sleep tracker worked well and was accurate, but once my payment came out it stopped working. Now it comes up as my sleep time is around 4 hours long. Even if I am on my phone, the phone movement detection is not working. Now I have to manually add in my sleep times when I wake in the morning, but I forget a lot of the time so it doesn't seem worth it anymore. For me money wasted, may not be the same for others though.

Android Samsung s23 + galaxy watch6. Loved the app to start with as it had a connection to Samsung health and gave me the most accurate readings of my sleep (though it was temperamental at times). Over time it started tracking inaccurate sleep times and then eventually it only allowed tracking from phone movement which was wildly inaccurate data. Disappointed that there's been no progress on developing for android.

Seems like a beta test - fab ui design, awkward functionality. HealthConnect import isn't working smoothly and editing sleep times can be quite difficult. I don't believe this is at a point they should be charging Android users for, especially with the limited app import options.

Every time I get to the "Change Your Biology" page, the program locks up. It won’t allow me to go forward or back. It just stalls. It looks like it would be a really helpful program if it got rid of that link.

It wanted me to pay to even set anything up, and I decided the price was too steep. Kept the app though, just in case, and it started periodically sending notifications trying to predict my "peaks" and "dips" in productivity. I proved it wrong. I'm still working on today's project after taking a short break, and it's telling me to take melatonin 4.5 hours before I go to bed. Why in the world would I jeopardize my productivity like that? Uninstalling. Not worth $5 a month.
