As of right now kind of useless because none of the notifications to keep me on track work so not worth the month I paid for right now. Painful waste. Super disappointed, was really hoping this would help. I did reach out so we'll see. All the tips were nice and I like the visual of what your assumed energy rhythm is. Without the reminders though it won't ever help me.

Misleading! It gives you the impression you fill out some details and get a sleep and a wake time. I was interested so paid for a week and I still don't know what those times are for me. It's not a very user friendly app either, too many sections that require information added regularly but it's not clear as to what needs putting in. Cancelled and deleting.

You have to get a trial to log back into the app to log out, once you're done with the initial trial. Boo

tracked my sleep for the first night but didn't work after that, doesn't track when you wake up you have to put that in manually which isn't accurate, unsubscribed as didn't see the point in it really

this would be a 5 star for me if it didnt require me to turn on notifications. you can not use the app without them on which i feel is invasive, annoying, and unnecessary. i get around 5-8 notifications from this app every day and each time it annoys me.

Not what was advertised. It doesn't record what I do when I sleep, and it only counts sleep debt if you don't sleep enough. I know I sleep too much and I feel awful, and the app is telling me I should be full of energy and have no sleep debt, just because 10-12 hours of sleep is more than 7-8. This app is not very helpful for anything other than people who can't sleep and for the sleep sounds they provide.

Genuinely the worst sleep of my life. I followed this app's instructions, the wind down, the sleep sounds, blue light filters, etc. laid down during the "melatonin period" etc. it is 6am i am still awake. i slept for maybe 30mins editing: Your support team, specifically Erica, was helpful in getting the subscription taken care of. I apologize for the harsh words written from lack of sleep. I ended up missing a day of work because this was egregiously unhelpful for me. maybe it will help others.

What's the point of spending $70 a year for an app that doesn't even work? Why do I keep on having to manually put in my sleep data when it's connected? Other 3rd party apps access this information with no problem. If it worked, I'd love it. Very frustrating

went through most of the setup to find out they don't account for 3rd shift workers. I go to sleep at 9am and can wake up as late as 9pm.

Love the idea but execution isn't great. Multiple times, it's failed to update my sleep debt and/or energy level based on manual updates to detected sleep or from naps. This inconsistency is very frustrating and don't get me started with the widget that doesn't match what the app says (e.g. tells me I have 11 hours of wind down when the app says I'm in my afternoon dip). It only showed me the yearly subscription during my trial, so I guess I have another 11 months of trying to make this work.

I was very optimistic about using this app, even if I needed to pay a small monthly subscription fee... Unfortunately, it freezes on the Samsung Galaxy. I tried multiple times yesterday and today to get it to work, but it freezes at the same spot (Get Started) every time. I uninstalled it. Let me know when this is fixed and I might try it again.

increasingly frustrated with this app. For reference I am a doctor with a bioengineering degree so not critiquing without basis. I love the premise, but the decay pattern from impact of lost sleep seems arbitrary. The app feels well made but half finished. No option for historical data further than 2weeks. No option to customise presentation of data. Infuriating insistence on requesting permissions EVERY TIME THE APP IS OPENED STOP IT PLEASE. Critique limited by character count

I tried this out for a few days to see if it would help or do better than the Oura ring, but sadly it does not. It gives decent insight, but the ring does a few more things that this app doesn't seem to do.

During my free trial, the sleep tracker worked well and was accurate, but once my payment came out it stopped working. Now it comes up as my sleep time is around 4 hours long. Even if I am on my phone, the phone movement detection is not working. Now I have to manually add in my sleep times when I wake in the morning, but I forget a lot of the time so it doesn't seem worth it anymore. For me money wasted, may not be the same for others though.
