be aware after 7 days trial will automatically charge you for entire year without chance to cancel it until the entire year expires. Forget about refund. If you don't intend use this app as your prime cycling indoor app, don't even bother as you'll stuck with it and hope it won't charge you for another year. I regret to be hooked for trial as it never tells you it's not refundable purchase. Dissapounted not with the app but will the model they use to catch new customers.

Since update the App will not open. Both wife and I use Samsung s23/s24 phones... same problem on each. have turned phone off and restarted and also uninstall and reinstalled the app. please help or ill be chasing for a refund very shortly. On gave a 1 star to trigger interest fully intend to change this when problem solved

Doesn't work, slow support team response. They blame my connection. When I altered the configuration as they said, same problem and they didn't respond. Terrible experience. Asked for money and was refused. Months later they activated my account and charged me again! Had to go through 5+ pages to cancel. Seems illegal 🤔. All sorts of traps to get you into accidentally keeping your subscription active. Seems like they're begging for a Class action lawsuit

Buggy, not working smoothly ... unsatisfactory support (takes ages to reply and then only coutresy mails). Defintely subdesigned lacking reliability. Proposed races and challenges not working properly or as intended. I will definitely try other cycling apps instead of this ... definitely not worth subscribing.

The app was okay when it was new, but now it's very glitchy. I contacted customer service which was absurdly unhelpful. I'll be unsubscribing soon. Don't waste your Time start with a better app. Update So funny they replied to me that I should write to support clearly realizing that I hadn't written to support 15 times and been given such sub satisfactory answers and then told that I couldn't get a refund through them just goes to show you there's no communication at all in this company
