Apple TV remote control issue now resolved. Thank you.

Many thanks for your feedback. We always love hearing from users about what they want to see on MyWhoosh and I will pass your feedback on to the appropriate team. Happy riding!
When working, the app is pretty good. Close to others that charge, but free. Few glitches but not horrible. Random days of horrible update issues, but it's free. It has on/off worked on my old device, and currently working, so happy with it
The issues that I had connecting to and controlling my Elite Novo Smart Trainer were resolved by using a Windows PC and a Ant+ dongle. Only using the free ride routes so far but it's working well.

May we know the connection source you use?
Offline quite a lot and at times loses connectivity.

I really like the App , but recently the Total KM weekly results do not match with the actual KM I've done 😑 I rode 5 days each a minimum 15 km with except one 33 km the app only count it 45 km SMH ...
Great app. I need to be chased by zombies for exercise motivation, so thank you! My only gripe is mouse clicks do not work.
I love this app so far I run it on my Google pixel 7A with hardly any issues ( the only issues I had were network related )
I run it on my phone. have only had 2 crashes in 4000 miles.
it's free, developing and actually excellent. however it's a development platform and needs a set standard of equipment to run. following these rules you shouldn't have many issues. check your trainer compatibility 1st. The earlier Tacx ones don't work well..
happy user
Its a good training app. However, I found glitches when I run. for example, I was half way through my session when I was brought out to a loading screen and when I want to make a change in direction or every so often my avatar freezes in place for a few seconds, this possibly affected my total distance too. However, other from those things these run and bike rides are fun
This app has improved A TON the last year. It was unplayable for me before, crashing and lagging all the time. It still has bugs like displaying wrong units on screen, but it's for sure in a playable state. Hard to complain when it's free! Looking forward to giving them some $ soon for sweet features.
I have tried 4 rides now and each time the app keeps crashing part way into the ride on my computer. Had to download the app to my tablet to get it to work.
Excellent experience, excellent graphics, some quirks with mismatched graphics like floating trees in the Columbia map or seeing my virtual eyes and jaw in first person camera mode. Whoosh is far superior to Zwift in every way. I used Zwift for a year, paid, and dealt with boring maps and poor graphics (on a high end PC). Whoosh has intensified and accelerated their development and releases and improved usability too. I'd gladly pay for this software and experience but it remains free.
It's great that we have access to this app for free. There are some issues with stability (the app has crashed twice on my smartphone). I would love to have some notification sounds during the workouts and to have text to speech on the workouts text.
Does what I want. I just want a structured workout, and this has thousands and is free. The picture can be a bit glitchy, but I think that's my computer. It doesn't have the community feel of Zwift, but also I am not paying £18 a month. It can be a bit confusing to start regarding challenges, but once you figure that out, it does what I want/need.
Overall, pretty good. Wish some of yhe information was slightly bigger so it's easier to read. Would also like for it to save the intensity at 125%. I have to increase it every time. Otherwise, solid app for the price, and pairs well with my Bowflex C7.

Good app, but I cannot see history of my rides with stats in the app!

In my original review back in May I gave the app 1 star due to the constant crashes/freezes and numerous bugs. However, since then the app is much improved and many of the issues have been addressed. So, credit where credit's due. It's now difficult to criticise especially as it's currently free. Now my default training app. Chapeau MyWhoosh.

Tablet-oriented, UI elements way too small on phones. Takes 15-30 minutes to start a workout, because it will either update maps or you'll need to download new maps because the ones already downloaded are closed on specific days of week. But for the price it's good.

We appreciate your feedback.
This app works quite well. Takes bit of time to load the excersise. I have bit of the issue with slope gradient, not correctly sent to my fitness machine. but this app is free.
First of all: it is free (the basic functionality), so that is always worth a praise. I do have two suggestions that would make it a lot more useful: 1) Auto-upload activities to Garmin. I left Strava, and only use Garmin for tracking. Currently my indoor rides are missed when using MyWoosh. 2) A World that is 7 days of the week available - I had to download a new world almost every time I went for a ride, as on different days of the week different worlds open. Not fun with slow internet ;).
S23 ultra via dex to qhd monitor, using the stylus to click menus, it is smooth and wide. Very engaging and addictive.
