horrible, every time that I want to use it there is an update. only this week there's been 2 updates

keeps crashing would be a good competitor of zwift but I can't finish a ride ...

Cannot connect the app with the treadmill. And there is no option to connect with a smart watch. Connecting with a smart watch will make app usage easier and should be considered to be added as an option in the app.

not optimized for foldables, resolution changes within app, graphics is potato on my snap ultra x...cmon, I play Witcher via emulation, and this thing gives picture from 1990 sega on ultra settings... I could not hook my kickr core 2 directly to app, had to use companion app on other phone then app accepted reading from trainer, but with laaaaag. can't use zwift clicker, it's not supported. could not connect my gw5pro as hrm, other apps can do it. Game is free, but shate optimization.

Crashes most of the time during route load. When it does it's laggy. Other similar apps work perfectly, so it's not that the device doesn't meet the requirements.

its soooo laggy at minimum settings on my Lenovo tab M11 that after 2 minutes the app is uninstalled. please optimise it! UPDATE: got a new tablet, the app is working fine, but NO RESISTANCE via bluetooth. Think I'd better continue to pay for the Rouvy, thats working fine...

cannot get this app to connect with bike

crashes the moment I start a training.

doesn't connect to my wahoo kickr core. wasted 30 minutes. Zwift, while paid for, at least works seamlessly everytime

Landscape mandatory, login experience is terrible, cant even sign-up via the app, have to do it via web

The myWhoosh app is a nice app when it is working.... Often after an update (forced to install as cannot suspend), my indoor bike does not connect anymore in the app. However when switching to Zwift on same device at that moment, Zwift does connect to my indoor bike. So it is an issue with the myWhoosh app. There is no method to unpaid and pair again. Only way to reconnect is to remove and install the app again. And then again having to download maps again, what takes for ages. This is horrible.

It's super buggy and crashes every time I use it on the phone. I appreciate a free app, but if it doesn't work there's no point in it even existing.

the don't return the money

won't find Garmin Flux trainer even when the Bluetooth can find it outside the app... so tablet I bought is useless

crashed my phone.... used this app on PC for a while and it was great! but since I moved I don't have space for my bike at my PC anymore. wanted to try the app but I can ride for maybe 5 minutes and the screen goes black, all I can see is wattage/cadance but that's also frozen. phone won't respond anymore and had to do a forced restart by holding the power button. I'd understand If my phone was old and weak but I'm using a pixel 10 pro. please optimise the app ❤️

only offline mode ever

I don't want this app on my phone, I want it on my computer. Why does it continue to ask me to scan a stupid QR code? I just want to download this on my laptop! Geeez!

Complete garbage. Crashes after 2 mins riding and locks up my phone forcing a hard reset

App constantly glitches, makes doing a ride really frustrating. The couple of times it's worked it's been great but it is such a struggle to get this app open and running.

Made 3 attempts to do a ride. It crashed about 1 minute into each attempt. Uninstalled.

please stop disabling maps :)

won't download routes after they added the row feature, so something must have happened during the last update. went to go for a ride and noticed all my downloaded routes were gone again (this is a continuing issues with this app, it's a 50/50 chance you are riding as soon as you get on your bike or having to wait and redownload all your routes), but now it won't download the routes, just spins and sits at 0%, so at this point the app is useless until I can download the routes again.

The calendar has not been working for weeks, with constant disconnections. Instead of fixing these bugs, new content is being released

Just started using this and really excited cos its free. now it got updated and I cant create any of my custome workouts I need to train with even though I deleted them all and it still says I need to pay to add more. sad for a app advertising itself as free to use

Terrible, can't get my erg mode to work with wahoo roller with crank powermeter. Waste of time.

Had severe app and phone crashes trying to start a ride.

You start it once without Bluetooth and you are done. It never discovers tjr trainer again, even if you remove cache. You have to reinstall and then load all the worlds again. Pain.

Very good workouts but none of the routes are available even under free ride most of the time. All of them are severely time -limited. It is pointless even its free. After wasting time downloading all the routes with massive storage space needed on my phone, it turns out I cannot use any of the route.

app crashed when trying to register a new account/sign up. app didnt work on my Samsung s23

Installed, opened, doesn't recognize keyboard or mouse input. Can't login.

this might be a great app. too bad every race it just glitches out and locks up my phone. wish I could give it less than 1.

can't see selected gears on atom bike

Completely non-functioning app - this needs to be flagged and removed ASAP. App freezes on the mandatory download page upon startup. Its almost as if they don't test anything before releasing...

Terrible app. You can't use «special« characters in your real name, you can't move the cursor to a different place in text. So many bugs or missing features during account creation that I just gave up, probably rest of the app is even worse.

Diabolical .. Folks just forget it.. Do yourself a favour.

Appreciate it's free but. On camera angle 3 the inside of my face covers the screen, doesn't connect with companion app despite advice from MW, maybe connects 1 in 5 times. Also have issues with Cadence, starts off correct, then just keeps on increasing even if I slow down. if I stop it resets. but 1 minute after its back to me peddling 100 rpm despite almost stopping. uninstalled and for a day worked perfectly, next day was all wrong again. No response from Support.

used it once - was a fair experience. couldn't connect again as it couldn't find my devices?? tried uninstalling and reinstalling. no use so I just deleted it. rather pay for something that works everytime then one and done

does not wprk on my laptop

Amazingly good app, works well with turbo trainer and the UI is very good and informative. However, after about 5 minutes of a ride, the app would randomly crash, stopping my ride and disconnecting the cadence sensor/turbo trainer. It may have just been my phone but hasn't happened with any other apps. Really disappointed because other than that it would have been an amazing app.

Doesn't work on pixel 7. Crashes on startup after countless attempts re-installing.

Doesn't Work Useless Upon installing it asked to update itself but this screen freezes, tried a number of times to no avail...

Crash, crashing and again crashing. zwift and TrainerRoad are working fine but not MyWhoosh unfortunately.

Upon opening on chromebook a message pops up that an update needs downloading, however the button to download does nothing, as if its not a button at all. Completely useless. Shame as it works fine on phone but want it on a bigger screen.

My whoosh needs to be a lot better to make me want to use it.

Spent more time troubleshooting than riding. That, combined with the downloads required every time you ride make this a poor cycling app.
