horrible, every time that I want to use it there is an update. only this week there's been 2 updates

When working, the app is pretty good. Close to others that charge, but free. Few glitches but not horrible. Random days of horrible update issues, but it's free. It has on/off worked on my old device, and currently working, so happy with it

The issues that I had connecting to and controlling my Elite Novo Smart Trainer were resolved by using a Windows PC and a Ant+ dongle. Only using the free ride routes so far but it's working well.

I started using MyWhoosh in early March and it has been great. I feel motivated to return to my training and I like that it keeps track of my historic sessions. Seeing my improvement contributes to my motivation. The only gripe I have is lately it seems that I've stopped leveling up. I'm just stuck at level 9.

Offline quite a lot and at times loses connectivity.

I'm very happy with the MyWhoosh. I run it from my Samsung mobile or ipad mini connected to a monitor. Works just fine for me. Good graphics with the same odd glitch, but every release continues to improve this. Has good workouts and racing leagues. Best free virtual trainer on the market!

This is a great alternative to the paid apps out there. Absolutely love it. However, there's a bug that really frustrated me today. When the ride begins, the sound goes away entirely. So no in-game sound like environment sounds. The biggest issue is when the interval changes go unnoticed because you miss the sound cues. I really wish they fixed it.is

I really like the App , but recently the Total KM weekly results do not match with the actual KM I've done 😑 I rode 5 days each a minimum 15 km with except one 33 km the app only count it 45 km SMH ...

No real issues for me at all. Originally used on pixel 9 pro. moved to honor pad 9 and also now using on apple TV, all with kickr snap. Controls kickr well, graphics more than good enough, selection of routes amazing. I did struggle a bit with laggy Chromecast originally, but TBF nothing Chromecasts well for me. USBC video out works a treat. Strava integration works perfectly too. Definitely an incredible free option for most/basic/ I just wanna ride training.

keeps crashing would be a good competitor of zwift but I can't finish a ride ...

Cannot connect the app with the treadmill. And there is no option to connect with a smart watch. Connecting with a smart watch will make app usage easier and should be considered to be added as an option in the app.

not optimized for foldables, resolution changes within app, graphics is potato on my snap ultra x...cmon, I play Witcher via emulation, and this thing gives picture from 1990 sega on ultra settings... I could not hook my kickr core 2 directly to app, had to use companion app on other phone then app accepted reading from trainer, but with laaaaag. can't use zwift clicker, it's not supported. could not connect my gw5pro as hrm, other apps can do it. Game is free, but shate optimization.

Crashes most of the time during route load. When it does it's laggy. Other similar apps work perfectly, so it's not that the device doesn't meet the requirements.

Thanks for improving on optimized graphics for any devices. I just wish it will be able to connect to Strava. Now, I can't see connect options on both website and app. Thank you for your hardwork.

its soooo laggy at minimum settings on my Lenovo tab M11 that after 2 minutes the app is uninstalled. please optimise it! UPDATE: got a new tablet, the app is working fine, but NO RESISTANCE via bluetooth. Think I'd better continue to pay for the Rouvy, thats working fine...

Amid today’s subscription-heavy, money-grab landscape, it’s great to find a free app that offers complete functionality and simply works. Highly recommended.

doesn't connect to my wahoo kickr core. wasted 30 minutes. Zwift, while paid for, at least works seamlessly everytime

Landscape mandatory, login experience is terrible, cant even sign-up via the app, have to do it via web

I have been using this app for my indoor training over the last 4 months, and it has been great. On my 5yr old windows laptop I have tuned down the graphics setting, om my more recent android phone it runs smoothly with out of the box settings. I really enjoy the large collection of workouts and training plans.

The myWhoosh app is a nice app when it is working.... Often after an update (forced to install as cannot suspend), my indoor bike does not connect anymore in the app. However when switching to Zwift on same device at that moment, Zwift does connect to my indoor bike. So it is an issue with the myWhoosh app. There is no method to unpaid and pair again. Only way to reconnect is to remove and install the app again. And then again having to download maps again, what takes for ages. This is horrible.

It's super buggy and crashes every time I use it on the phone. I appreciate a free app, but if it doesn't work there's no point in it even existing.

the don't return the money

so far the app doesnt even open at all... really dissappointed ...had great expectations later edit, not sure what changed or if there was an update, but now the app opens at least! (same phone)

won't find Garmin Flux trainer even when the Bluetooth can find it outside the app... so tablet I bought is useless

I love this app so far I run it on my Google pixel 7A with hardly any issues ( the only issues I had were network related )

I run it on my phone. have only had 2 crashes in 4000 miles.

keeps crushing every time 1-2 minutes in the session, wasn't the case before, but on the newer phone it happens every time and blocks the phone completely, have to restart it every time

crashed my phone.... used this app on PC for a while and it was great! but since I moved I don't have space for my bike at my PC anymore. wanted to try the app but I can ride for maybe 5 minutes and the screen goes black, all I can see is wattage/cadance but that's also frozen. phone won't respond anymore and had to do a forced restart by holding the power button. I'd understand If my phone was old and weak but I'm using a pixel 10 pro. please optimise the app ❤️

It is great, and free, but it is annoying that the routes I downloaded last time get lost and not saved. Waiting for a route, any route to download over our slow wifi is a big downside.
