Great app but...
Amazing app, but it told me I need to go to bed at 7pm and wake up at 9am...that's....weird. so I won't be following this app ideally sadly
Can’t remove inaccurate data
I work in a place where I can’t have my phone with me, and since it’s down and charging for these 8-10 hours at home it counts that as sleep time. I have to manually go in and adjust these every time it doesn’t update with my sleep schedule on my watch. There needs to be a fix for this. Otherwise, the app is great.
Asks the wrong questions
Before it gave me any of the information I was actually after it started questioning me about sleep apnea and asking me a bunch of questions About whether I might be at risk but nowhere did it ask me if I’ve already had a test and already knew the results. I’ve had a test and I don’t have sleep apnea, but even if I did, there was no place to submit that information. Also assumes that you figure you’re having sleeping problems and so I kept having to answer questions when I’m not actually having any issues sleeping. I just wanted to find my ideal times but apparently this app doesn’t allow you to do that
