Will not work for Midnight Shift/Daysleepers
Updated - previously [2 Stars] App pulls data only once a day in the morning - and will not update again no matter what you do. Midnight Shift/Daysleepers cannot see progress for 12-24 hours because of this. Contacted support and they verified that it will NOT work with Daysleepers correctly. With shifted sleep schedules, it also missed data imports multiple data in my first week, making the app have incorrect data. There is the ability to manually import all data, but then why do I even have the app? They also have questionnaires for various things that can affect sleep, such as ADHD - but they stick with generic questions that someone who doesn’t understand it would ask. Zero questions on inability to quiet the mind or to concentrate focus. All in all, this app looks really, really nice, but it’s intentionally not built for everyone. You can tell in just a short time that it’s made by people who don’t understand any outliers in society.
Too Inflexible
I have to be up at 5:30 AM. I got this app so that I could figure out how to get over my sleep debt and how to get a better night sleep with a 5:30 AM wake up time. However, the app decided that my ideal wake up time is 7:30. Guess who needs to be at work at 7:30? So I tried to make adjustments and I couldn’t. I sent a message to customer support and customer support informed me that the only way to make adjustments in the app in order to get a schedule that actually works with your set, required schedule, I’s have to “train“ it over a period of time. This renders the app absolutely worthless to me and my purposes for downloading it. You better believe I got a refund on my $.99 trial fee. This app isn’t helpful if you can’t make the necessary adjustments for it to work within your schedule.
Taking my money
I used the free trial to see what the app was abt and they charged me $70 without a warning or asking me which plan i wanted. Now im stuck with the app for an entire year with no way to get my money back.

Bait and switch??
I have loved this app for years and used it nightly. Worked fine for so long and then a few days ago I tried to open the app to see how I slept and I can no longer see anything. Just takes me to a screen wanting me to pay. I understand paying for the premium features but I’ve been using the app with the basics for years and now all the sudden I can’t use it at all. It was good u til it wasn’t. No email or any info saying why I now have to pay to use any part of the app.
Extremely difficult to set up!
I still don’t have it set up and have asked for help but no reply. It’s been since March 24,2026!
Ugh
It doe not account for the time I need to wake up for work. It keeps showing as sleep debt… how is this supposed to help if it does not account for that? I need to wake up at 6:40am for work M-F and the app tells me I should go to bed 2:22am and wake up sometimes around 9 am but says I need at least 8 hrs of sleep??? Then after a week it tells me my morning peak is at 5:58pm. I think something is off or there is too much information on screen and I can’t find what I am look for…to edit it.
They will steal your money
Whatever you do, do not sign up for this app. They will offer you a 30-day trial for 0.99 cents and then charge you the full subscription price after 7 days. Completely fraudulent app.
Stupid
App works fine but they charge you an insane amount and when I cancelled my subscription this app woke me up to an alarm at midnight out of nowhere.
I gotta pay now
I had the app for a at least a year, but I never had to pay after I ended a subscription till now. If you have a subscription and you end it, it would pause your whole app and you won’t be able to see anything because they pause access until you resume your subscription
Warning
Say there is a free trial, and if you cancel no charge. I canceled after 3 days because the app did nothing for me and was tough to follow, and then a few days later was charged $69.99!!! I had the cancellation confirmation and they still charged me! I reached out and they are refunding, but I have to wait 5+ days. Ridiculous!

Gimmicky
Col idea but super gimmicky for 60$. No thanks… wish it was free and had premium options for users willing to pay. 0/5 stars if I could.
