Dont get me wrong i love this app!! Love it!! But it takes forever to open!! i sit here 15 minutes sometimes waiting for it to open

Good app but ads are driving me mad

Sorry for the inconvenience about the ads. Regular ads in the free version are expected, as they allow us to continue to offer a free service to users. However if you'd like a free trial of Gold to remove ads (and test out our other Gold features!) please write in to [email protected] and we can set that up!

Really obnoxious ads in the free version. Full screen video ads with no close button that have to be watched entirely. The ads make it very frustrating to use the app. I understand that the free version has to be ad supported, but this is too much for me to tolerate.

Oura device not connected. Though my Suunto device got connected. Oura device not working both way. When I tried to connect through oura app your website does not work. very disappointed. Otherwise the calories tracking system is best in class

Please send crash logs via: More > Support > Contact Us > Report an issue with the app. Tick “Send crash logs to Cronometer”. It would also help to know exactly when the crash occurs (e.g., logging food, copy/paste, opening the app). Thank you!
