Predatory fullscreen ads that you can't back out of and are forced to interact with to try to trick you to click on the wrong thing.
The ads popping up interrupting you while you're right in the middle of something is infuriating. How can you expect me to upgrade when you're making the free experience so miserable?

UPDATE AGAIN. This app is going downhill with all these frigging TEMU, Instagram or Facebook ads that pop up all the time while your trying to put food in.... now i just updated it and it has some grey screen at the bottom of the categories and wont read anything i type under the all category. a buddy of mine pays for this and says it glitches just like what i am explaining except no ads.... how about make this thing work and less ads and maybe i would subscribe for like a $1 a month.

I have used and loved this app for awhile but I just went to use it now and it is behaving like the entire database is gone? I typed in yogurt and there are no results, typed in banana, no results. I checked and my app updated yesterday, I restarted my phone, I made sure I am connected to the internet; nothing. I know these foods are in there, I logged them yesterday, so please fix whatever this glitch is.

TS apps sucks, you expect me to pay for an app that doesn't even have Fried Chicken on the list of foods. I recommend using ChatGPT instead, it's THAT BAD.

I need a 12 character password to count calories in an app. what a joke, my banking app requires a shorter password. also the app has pop ups that block what your trying to click on. I would look elsewhere if you want something simple to use.

app is super buggy, constantly crashes and kicks me out of my account then just stays stuck attempting to log me in until I uninstall and reinstall, happens once a week at least. Now its getting stuck at install, seriously what is the deal with this?

I used this app for over a month. I gave it a really hard try. I wanted to like this app so much. i camt take it anymore tho. this is the worst calorie counter. do not bother with it. UI: terrible. Search Function limited to no findings and when you do find it. the micro/macro set is wrong. measuring methods are inconsistent, serving sizes very and dont match packaging. custom creations cant modify or look at ingredients. its piss poor design meets tragic data.

I didn't have this account more than 24 hours and was charged 10.99 on a cancled account. This is theft. There are reasons I did not stick with the app, it was lame compared to some.

app is great in general, but suggested foods is useless. My strong suspicion is that it's implemented as a static list behind the scenes and in no way incorporates your personal data. I'm not against ads, but this app sometimes displays full screen apps that can't be closed, even after the timer runs down. The only way out is to restart the app. Ads are fine, but this is too much.
