Looks interesting, but never found any free content to try. Seems you have to sign up for the trial or just buy the premium package. I couldn't find anything that didn't have a lock on it.
I've used this app for years to help me sleep. recently, regardless of what it says in the settings, the app auto plays whatever is next until you stop it manually. this is RIDICULOUS because what's next in the queue might be something loud and stimulating..... and the subsequent music ALWAYS wakes me up. fix this PLEASE! right now the app is actually a detriment to sleep!
Only tried the free version for a day. Everything I clicked on was behind the paywall, with no way of sorting/finding free content? This was confusing and frustrating. Not calming.
The content is good but the app is a disaster. Hard to navigate and find things and constantly trying to get you to upgrade or share, so you have to click a bunch of times to get to a meditation. By then, my blood pressure is up, so it sort of defeats the calming. you can get EDMR on your music streaming, I wish I knew that. Will not be renewing this
Cluttered and confusing to navigate... I can't advance to the 2nd day in the mindfulness for beginners. Also the lessons are so short? What's the hurry?

Not helpful... initial screening offered a personalised programme which never eventuated... content appears no different from what one might find oneself
These folks are not on the level. I was drawn in through a sleep quiz that was supposed to send a customized program. Only AFTER they collected my data, my payment including the purchase of a guided journal did I learn that "Calm Sleep" is a completely separate app only available on Apple devices! While they refunded the payment for the app, I never received a refund for the journal and they never deleted my data.
Awesome app with fantastic content. I cannot for the life of me figure out why they thought this was the kind of navigation makes sense. but when I do find what I'm looking for, it's amazing
