I only wanted 7 day trial 3 times I have been charged yet I can't install or use it and I can't cancel it, this is such a scam Definitely not calm.

BUYER BEWARE: You cannot cancel your subscription through the app or website. Customer service is non-responsive and AI nonsense.
Paid for a lifetime subscription. It costs more than 12 monthly payments. Apparently that option was removed and they are forcing me to pay again. There seems to be mostly negative reviews now. Best to avoid this app.

I had rated the app 4 stars in July 2021 and loved it but now (March 2024) it doesn't play more than 1 sleep track at a time so the timer feature no longer works. It's been like this for a few weeks now and writing here as no fix seems to be forthcoming. The "streak" recording isn't saving either but that's not a major but the timer fault is a major issue. Fix urgently please. 1 update later: not fixed. Did get fixed but now in April 2026 timer isnt working again! (+ limited new content)
Just Breath, I absolutely hate this. Each time I minimise the app and go back in there it is. Really Annoying for an app meant to calm you down. Overall havnt found any tracks that work.
Horrible, of course you have to pay for it to be of any use for you.

I have found the app useful but poor tech support around trying to upgrade to a family subscription has meant that they cancelled my subscription and failed to solve the issue so I have been without it for several weeks involuntarily. the new rate offered for an individual subscription is higher than the one they cancelled on me. alot of my time has been wasted exchanging emails which give me instructions all leading to the higher subscription option and it's deeply frustrating.

This app is hyped in commercials, but it's never mentioned that there's a cost associated with it.
Makes you go through a long onboarding process just to tell you that you need to pay to use the app and then it signs you up to the email list and spams your email.

Did the free trial. Calm sent me an email for 40% off. Clicked, subscribed, was charged full price. Took forever to manage to send them an inquiry. They've been "looking into it" for 8 days now. After six days, I emailed again to cancel and get a refund. Received another generic email that they are experiencing significant delays in response times. So, obviously, they don't care about customer service at all. I guess I'm going to have to do a chargeback.
i was looking for the old calm with the brain and the pinging for EMDR... unfortunately this is not what I was expecting.

My mother bought a family membership that I clicked on and then when I downloaded the app and clicked on the link it did not work for me. It just sent me back to the Google app store where I could open the app up but it did not show anywhere on the app that I was on the family plan.
lame.... gives you an expired offer that you cant get passed. then a stupid hold to verify you are human cant get past that...... even for a trial it just wants money... so pathetic.... take advantage of people who may be in need emotionally....
the most annoying UX experience. Please remove splash screen that I have to dismiss everytime I open app. Please make the up search function better. You cannot find what u want most of the time.

moist moist moist moist...I don't belive how many people detest this word but mine is "nostril". this set up is phenomenal and has helped me in ways I can't tell you BUT I can't hear nostril 6 times per session. I'm at a loss because AS PETTY AS IT IS, that will stop me from renewing. I am actually calmer DRIVING, BUT I can't contain my irritation with nostril (yes I see the irony here) . Tamara is the one that has to continue saying it... time to cancel

if you are willing to pay money to dig in the mud for fish. Then it's okay to try this app. I don't recommend using it.
