Not sure how this works but it very effective at brining me peace and calm.
I love the sleeping sounds.
Did the free trial. Calm sent me an email for 40% off. Clicked, subscribed, was charged full price. Took forever to manage to send them an inquiry. They've been "looking into it" for 8 days now. After six days, I emailed again to cancel and get a refund. Received another generic email that they are experiencing significant delays in response times. So, obviously, they don't care about customer service at all. I guess I'm going to have to do a chargeback.
I love the calming meditations and smoothing nature sounds. So many to choose from. Thank you for this wonderful app.😻

Not helpful... initial screening offered a personalised programme which never eventuated... content appears no different from what one might find oneself
something about his voice....I just fall asleep so much faster!!!
My mother bought a family membership that I clicked on and then when I downloaded the app and clicked on the link it did not work for me. It just sent me back to the Google app store where I could open the app up but it did not show anywhere on the app that I was on the family plan.

lame.... gives you an expired offer that you cant get passed. then a stupid hold to verify you are human cant get past that...... even for a trial it just wants money... so pathetic.... take advantage of people who may be in need emotionally....
the most annoying UX experience. Please remove splash screen that I have to dismiss everytime I open app. Please make the up search function better. You cannot find what u want most of the time.

These folks are not on the level. I was drawn in through a sleep quiz that was supposed to send a customized program. Only AFTER they collected my data, my payment including the purchase of a guided journal did I learn that "Calm Sleep" is a completely separate app only available on Apple devices! While they refunded the payment for the app, I never received a refund for the journal and they never deleted my data.

I would have given it 5 stars because it has been amazing for my daughters' and our sleep but...it has been shutting down in the middle of the night
only 7 day free trial, most of the app only works with expensive subscriptions. make free trial 30 days and I'll review in near future with a maybe 5 star.

moist moist moist moist...I don't belive how many people detest this word but mine is "nostril". this set up is phenomenal and has helped me in ways I can't tell you BUT I can't hear nostril 6 times per session. I'm at a loss because AS PETTY AS IT IS, that will stop me from renewing. I am actually calmer DRIVING, BUT I can't contain my irritation with nostril (yes I see the irony here) . Tamara is the one that has to continue saying it... time to cancel

I canceled my subscription during the trail phase through the application. I was still charged for the annual subscription fee.
I desperately want to give this 5 stars; in theory, I love this app. As a therapist I recommend this app to my clients all of the time. But it is not search friendly AT ALL. Especially when you are turning to it in a state of distress. It is cluttered and overwhelming. I just spent so long going around in circles trying to find a soundscape of a thunderstorm that I just gave up and listened to rain on leaves like I always end up doing. Please organize the mess, I'm begging you.
by chance I got a discounted rate for 1 year. I wasn't so sure this app was for me, but now that I am able to try some of the premium features, this app is super helpful when I just need a moment to release some stress, help maintaining my peace throughout the day, or something slightly different than my norm to help me wind down and ready my mind for sleeping.
Hiding the lacklustre content behind the obligation to create an account, plus the stuff is expensive as Hell. Hard pass, thanks.

if you are willing to pay money to dig in the mud for fish. Then it's okay to try this app. I don't recommend using it.
bait and switch. the emdr advertised us not what you get. operating the app is unnecessarily complex...too many steos to get to what you want. if there is any interruption, you have to restart completely and then cannot simply return to where you were. advertised cost is not what is actually charged, and cost to value is untenable.
