Great app with real results
I’ve tried a few different workout apps but this one is by far the best I’ve come across! It has the best customization for daily workouts and challenges. It’s easy to get started with real results in the first month. I can do actual pushups now! My arms and chest are more toned and I’m building more lean muscle mass from head to toe. I will be sticking with this app for as long as I can!

The new way to exercise.
Some of it is a little tricky. I find myself doing the way to perform the exercise and then the real exercise starts. I’m getting twice the value of the program by doing the exercise twice. . Now that I know how it works, it’s very well thought out.And I really like it.
Great App
I’ve been on the app for 84 weeks 🙌🏼 Currently enjoying the Military Workout. The app is awesome. It leads me through a 40-50 mins workout. Warm up and down. With 2 laps of (age appropriate butt kicking. I like the new coaches voice overlay. Adding subtle tips and pep to rock each exercise. I’m a huge fan, hitting the app 3-5x per week. Feel great. Feel strong. Looking more fit every week. Thank you Muscle Booster. It works!
Still enjoying Muscle Booster
I’ve been using Muscle Booster for well over a year, I like it because I can adjust the workout to my needs. I have a problem with degenerative discs in my lower back and had rotator cuff surgery four months ago, but I was still able to use the Muscle Booster plan with little variations.

I have been using the app regularly for over a year. I feel 15 years younger and hope to maintain a higher quality of life as I get older. This app is awesome and easy to use.
First week/ Chair& Tai Chi workout
I like both programs so far. I am 69 years old, just retired and working on losing 45lbs ( 300 to 255lbs). I will increase the intensity after a month. But for right now this is good for me. Breaking in slow and easy! I only wish the Tai Chi workout explained out loud what the exercise is doing instead of just watching the trainer and trying to figure it out. Some of them are a little cryptic to see? Overall I like it so far.

Great workout app. Lots of variety of workouts to use. Easy to understand and use. Can mix and match routines for optimal results
Love it, but have so far had little time to take advantage of the program.
I got to do a few sessions, and could really tell it was helping. Then I went on a three week trip and did not find time to stay with it. Now that I am back, I am catching up with work . I hope to get back to it soon.
