rather frustrating device. plus the subscription makes it a gouging product. functions locked behind subscription makes it worthless and expensive.
No longer works at all. Not worth the money. And don't buy extra services as there are no refunds.
my heart beat is irregular and erratic and the algorithm just says unclassified.
in the long run fairly useless. With the change of not being able to view in landscape mode, it's totally useless to me.

Giving 1 star. simply because the app is very pushy.. I paid almost 200$ for the device 6L and the app only gives me 3 .. and pushes to pay a monthly subscription to get what I tough i originally paid for . Anyway not impressed with the app 😒
This application is full of advertising and invites you to buy more services, but do not allow you to easy save your ECG! It is awful! Do not buy, you're wasting your time! it is even modifying the application by days as they have the convenience to restrict or to add more hardship for users! Don't use this app! There's a gross privacy trespass!

Buy an expensive device only to find out after that half the features are locked behind another pay wall. Scummy. Send it back for an alternative if you can.
Very hard to get out to read, even with being totally still and using all the other suggestions. Keeps saying the reading has interference.

After ten attempts I still cannot get a useful reading...every reading fails do to interference. followed the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. Maybe this device performs well in a controlled medical environment, it sure doesn't seem to work all that well in the real world.

I orginally purchased this product because I was having pvc's and it did great. Seems that feature is a monthly payment NOW. So now it reports Normal Sinus rhythm when it isn't. I will sue this place because they changed what I had orginally bought and now report the wrong diagnosis. HOPE YOU GOT DEEP POCKETS. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR. This is deceptive business practice because your putting me behind a paywall and took away a feature I had. Reporting this to the FDA, ATTORNEY GENERAL, FTC &HHS.

$13.99 a month or $99.00 a year after trial period for other 3 heart readings so NO, I don't recommend this product after your purchase you get a trial subscription to full monitoring and then if you want to continue any significant heart monitoring such as AFIB you have to pay for it $13.99 a month or $99.00 a year dep on monito. I agree with others go buy something else they sell them online and at your local pharmacy about the same cost as this but they don't change for extra heart readings..

Requires an account before it shows what they offer. Sells your information to Google and Mixpanel. Any app requiring me to hand over my info so they can sell it before they show what I get in return gets one star and deleted.
My device produces EKGs that are always too noisy for any analysis. This happens in all environments including where there is no external electrical noise. Kardia has been contacted, but fails to provide practical help. My device is totally useless.
Just stopped connecting. Changed the battery still nothing.

The change REQUIRING NFC to be turned off is incredibly annoying. I used the app for 2 years prior without a problem, and now I have no option but to turn this off to use the app, then turn it back on to use a convenience feature of my phone which I use regularly.

6-lead mode doesn't work on my 3-year old Android but does on my 9-year-old (neither on AliveCor's supported list) and friend's iPhone. Bad app with constant upselling (never gonna subscribe), horrible user interface (unneeded green connect button), trackers (Google, Facebook, Amplitude, Mixpanel). Shakey business with bad online help and support; my request got a robo response, 10 days later a form email. Reported via FDA MedWatch
