It looks like it should be so simple it does not work on my phone. I have installed it and uninstalled it three or four different times. I start to use it and then it seems like a crash is because I get thrown out of it an information that I had put into it as a message was totally lost and I had to log in again. I have uninstalled it at least three or four times now.

why do you keep asking me to provide details when I already sent you the details? It was in the email or whatever link you sent me. did provide details on thst link. this app doesn't show you the time of your appointment at all. we tried talking to Dr wades office about it but they weren't sure either. can you please fix this app so you can see the time of your appointment. also the date clearly. should be exactly like MyChart app

Awful first experience. Uploaded my insurance cards before my visit, office couldn't find them. Added ALL of my prescriptions, office couldn't find them. I nominate Athena for 💩 app of the year. Just another bloated healthcare app that makes healthcare more difficult to navigate.

POS company. They bought out able too. They screwing with all the pts. moving around patients from thier therapist. Then they let all the therapists from able go by the end of the month. so all these people who where in the middle of there acute therapy lost thier therapist all together. Companies like this is why people don't look for help, giving up, or doing worse. you failed so many people.

Unfortunately, this app is not ready for prime time. I hoped it would improve on the limited web portal, but it is even more disappointing. There is no built-in way to submit feedback(preferably on each page), no profile filter tests, appointments for accounts with multiple users, the app times out too quickly(needs user defined timeout), and it is very slow, especially when going back to prior pages. There is more feedback, but the 500-character limit makes it difficult to include everything.

It doesn't show full test results and has no way to download anything. The information under the results tab was almost nonexistent.
