It's nice to have your medical records with a touch of the screen. It also shows lab work and it's a little easy to understand. I am surprised that it's such an easy app to use and understand. The creators of this app did a great job.

very nice and friendly staff and doctors as well
I'm able to talk back and forth with my doctor they reply quick and it's easy to use.
It's great.
My only complaint is that appointments scheduled directly with my provider don't show up in the app. I had an appointment on the 4th. When I left, I spoke with the receptionist to set up another appointment on the 26th. I have gotten the automated calls from the office confirming the appointment, but it's not showing in my "upcoming appointments" in the app (for a timeline, today is the 20th).

One of the few simple patient portals. refreshing
POS company. They bought out able too. They screwing with all the pts. moving around patients from thier therapist. Then they let all the therapists from able go by the end of the month. so all these people who where in the middle of there acute therapy lost thier therapist all together. Companies like this is why people don't look for help, giving up, or doing worse. you failed so many people.

Unfortunately, this app is not ready for prime time. I hoped it would improve on the limited web portal, but it is even more disappointing. There is no built-in way to submit feedback(preferably on each page), no profile filter tests, appointments for accounts with multiple users, the app times out too quickly(needs user defined timeout), and it is very slow, especially when going back to prior pages. There is more feedback, but the 500-character limit makes it difficult to include everything.

Easy to link accounts and navigate.
I like being able to review my health information online that is otherwise difficult to recall when you’re not feeling well and are overwhelmed at appointments. The provider messenger has been a very useful tool for me as well without having to wait on hold for the right person to be able to answer. They normally message back with proper next steps (ie: referral, when to go to a walk in clinic or make an appointment).
when you send one doctor a message aperntly another doctor can see that message and answer for then. so its not private. And you want the message private.

great providers. everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable.
This app is a great way to keep up with my appts and information from my physicians.
It doesn't show full test results and has no way to download anything. The information under the results tab was almost nonexistent.

it's a great app love it
otter Tire time with this at first but now it seems to be working very smoothly and with modern smartphones it makes it easy to save your password for entering stuff like this I suggest sending it to a trusted family member or friend so they can help monitor if you need.
