This app is horrible. There's misspelling of words and it doesn't even load your full contacts and has alphabets missing. It doesn't always send notifications and text to the watch I'm really thinking about uninstalling it and buying a new watch.

is it even possibly to give this phone less than one! I can't get it set it's in Spanish I use the QR code for English and the phone simply won't work it was brand new in a box never opened what a piece of garbage it started out to be a 4.7 star watch that's why I bought it and ended up being a 2.6. I have played with this watch for several hours and simply can't get it to do anything so yeah I believe it's a piece of garbage and that's where it belongs! shame on you for selling such a V1 produc
sleep record isn't the most reliable thing going. cleaned it, tighten the band, turned it off and on still no sleep recording. other than that it's a good unit.

the app says how to set your phone to accept the app to automatically start every day but none of the instructions work on my Samsung phone. Without that step nothing connects or works on the app. please provide better instructions.

it is easy to use and no complaints
poor, would help if you could get into the app. it sends you a code. you put it in then it just ignores you. I just want to update the time in my watch now the clocks have gone forward. think I will get another fit bit.

App does not update - very temperamental and most annoying.
Not bright enough during sunny days, barely can't see the screen. Firmware updates doesn't update there's one update but couldn't update.
