it's all right but to confusing
I find instructions poor. I can't find get my phone to reset time and date. can someone please help. I have used utube instructions but still nothing. regards Carol Dobson
the app is good but can't you modify the ringtone for the watch like through the watch software update. requesting for some feedback
Why the app is showing weather status with up to several days delay? The smartwatch is just following the app with extra own delay. The sleeping time is not correct. I go to sleep around at 20:30, but it is shown as late as 22-23. I woke up at 5:00 and it is shown as after 7:00. The steps are counted only after 7:00, before that it's showing zero steps.
the watch is good but hardly any watch faces very disappointed and no way to customize the watch face either so you get 5 watch faces 😢

I wish if there was an option to change the font size for the messages and notifications. Simply too tiny for me to read my messages. It shouldn't be too difficult for a software developer.
It really irritates when am tracking my steps while walking or doing activities and I have to keep on tapping on the watch to ensure that it's still counting apart from that it's a nice one

It 's not really accurate. On the watch, it is. I slept 9 hours one night , and the app said that I slept 16+ hours. is it possible to fix that. thank you.
not all features were not on the watch as advertised. not happy about that. misleading, untruthful.
decent. but it's missing themes other than 1x with a text call button. and 2x with weather time date blood pressure etc. MAKE A COUPLE THEMES THAT LOOK COOL AND HAVE THE BASICS. TIME DATE WEATHER TXT AND CALL BUTTON, BLOOD PRESSURE AND BATTERY.
difficult for the opening
This app is horrible. There's misspelling of words and it doesn't even load your full contacts and has alphabets missing. It doesn't always send notifications and text to the watch I'm really thinking about uninstalling it and buying a new watch.
good app
sleep record isn't the most reliable thing going. cleaned it, tighten the band, turned it off and on still no sleep recording. other than that it's a good unit.
no user friendly
Not bright enough during sunny days, barely can't see the screen. Firmware updates doesn't update there's one update but couldn't update.
