Seemed to be working at first but now won't let me log in. Tried everything. Can't link watch to get correct time. Not impressed
Give up trying to contact them. I purchased this watch because the sleep feature was so off on another one. This watch has me sleeping when I am up walking around doing stuff. I'm concerned the rest of it is just as unreliable, but since I don't have $400 for a really good watch,I guess I'll just deal with it. The watch I purchased that goes with the app is okay. Nothing of mine syncs so I can't use it for music or anything. I have PTSD so I was really wanting that sleep feature.

hours don't work correctly 12 hours off contacts only 7 out o65 show up.
The permissions required for even basic use of the watch are absolute insanity. They ask to read all of your data at any time and access everything open on your screen at all times. Pure data collection, don't trust it. I just want to sync it to the correct time zone, man. Gross.
So far no problems. 😊 It would be useful if the watch allowed me to select if I want to call a contact's home or mobile number. It imports just 1 number randomly.
I wish if there was an option to change the font size for the messages and notifications. Simply too tiny for me to read my messages. It shouldn't be too difficult for a software developer.
You NEED to connect through the APP before you can use the watch. Guess what? If you don't have specific phones, the app will not connect, so you're stuck with a completely useless watch. You can't set anything unless you're connected to the app, not even the time.

I really like the watch, but this app is horrible. you can only half see many things. I can get notifications but can't open anything. kept going to my phone and the app changing permissions and still nothing.
Cannot activate app on new phone due to Capcha sending to gmail. When I go to gmail to get code glory fit closes out. just about fed up.

Please revert back the previous fimware before the update as of April 04, 2026. after I update in the latest firmware, my watch suddenly stops working. please fix

I love this sports watch. It has helped to keep me focused on being more active. Being retired, you can so easily get into a rutt of too much lounging around. Keeping focused on a more active life helped me to get out there and meet new people. I feel great. Who would have thought that a little gadget like this could make such an impact in anyones life.
It 's not really accurate. On the watch, it is. I slept 9 hours one night , and the app said that I slept 16+ hours. is it possible to fix that. thank you.
it's hard to conext
Watch has everything (including blood pressure). App is really patchy. I recieve a notification but there isnt anything to notify me of. Otherwise, binding the watch isn't difficult. I only wish that there were more faces with the weather on screen.

decent. but it's missing themes other than 1x with a text call button. and 2x with weather time date blood pressure etc. MAKE A COUPLE THEMES THAT LOOK COOL AND HAVE THE BASICS. TIME DATE WEATHER TXT AND CALL BUTTON, BLOOD PRESSURE AND BATTERY.

had my watch for ages , all was ok but the app is so laggy! the weather never updates , constantly having to refresh just to get the weather to sync to my watch, but recently can't refresh it at all . Really not impressed
