worked and connected to my phone just fine and then stopped connecting. tried everything it says to do...turn off, turn back on, restart device, etc. I'm really thinking of just dumping the whole watch and actually investing in something that really works. update 4/2026 the app is still not cooperating with my phone. And it's a brand new phone. Nope, app and watch just are not up to par with technology. Very Disappointed. Do not recommend.

Upgraded to Samsung S26 on Android 16, NOTHING IS WORKING... THE WATCH CAN STILL DO ALL OF ITS WATCH FUNCTIONS TELLING TIME AND COUNTING STEPS, but if I try to answer a call on the watch it picks up on the earpiece, when I dial from the watch it rings on watch them answers on phone earpiece. I can no longer connect it as audio in the Bluetooth devices feature it just immediately turns off when I tried to toggle it, Made 2 support requests and no one RESPONDS.. GOOD LUCK 🤞 BC THEY WON'T HELP

These apps have not received any watch face updates for a long time. And the ones that are available are all made for children. So there will be a request to bring watch face updates for older boys.

Horrible App, The watch is great . The App is terrible. If you get up in the middle of the night it only records half your sleep. Doesn't let you have more than one added watch face. Does not auto start work outs.

This NX8 has potential and a sturdy build, but the data is only sporadically accurate. Setup is a janky, manual process involving hidden developer menus because it relies on a proprietary app instead of Wear OS. It stays connected for me, but the interface is finicky—watch faces change accidentally and message handling is poor. While it works as a basic timekeeper or backup with decent battery life, the low volume and lack of a flashlight are letdowns. Save your money and buy a name-brand.

The setup instructions are terrible or not there. Would be nice to have some guidance as to iconography, conventions to get to screens, what's on screens etc. Also your website isn't English only speaker friendly. any selection you pick leads to the selection or menu in Chinese. So if there is a page on your site for support for this app and watch, I could not find it. I still don't know where the Bluetooth controls for this watch.....!
